- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Do not do business with this company. They are liars and scammers. First I talked to Kevin and then David. I don’t even know if this was their real names, they never told me their last names. I called on Thursday and asked for a price quote and when the vehicle could be delivered. Vehicle would be picked up from Ohio and be delivered to Arizona. Gave me a price quote of $1,100 dollars which in the end the price was $1,500.00. He said that the vehicle could be delivered the next day on Friday and he needed a deposit of $100 dollars. So Friday came and I asked for the driver’s information. He told me he was waiting for dispatch to call him back. He never got back to me so I had sent him a text to see what was going on. I asked him if my vehicle was going to be picked up on Friday. He told me that the driver was arriving in the area that night and asked me if the vehicle could be picked up on Saturday so I agreed. Saturday came and it was getting later and later and I still have not heard from him. So I sent him another text and he did not get back to me. Driver never showed up on Saturday because there was never a driver to begin with. So he lied to me more than once. I complained and his “Supervisor” took over. I waited a week for him to get a driver. At this point he asked me for another $125 and said it was pay the driver when the vehicle was picked up. I had no trust in this company since they have lied to me before. So when he gave me the driver’s phone number, I called the driver and asked if this was true. Driver told me this was a lie and not true and that I would owe the him $1,500 dollars once the vehicle was delivered to me. So this broker company tried to scam me out of $125 and saying it was for the driver. I told the broker that I wasn’t going to give them another dime and I had to block them. My vehicle was finally picked up on Monday evening. Nothing but aggravation and headaches with this broker company.
Driver from the transport company was great.
Do not book with these people cause they will “book”you take a 200.00 deposit and then they do nothing.when you try to get your deposit back the totally ghost you and won’t answer the phones.they did not pick up the vehicle in the time frame they promised and now refuse to give me my money back.
