- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
If I could rate 0 of 5 stars I would. Lies, excuses, poor communication – do not go with these guys and don’t let your broker use them either. My car is 5 days late with no end in site.
