We said we wouldn’t be able to cover any shipment with you that is truly said, why are you dragging everything here does it make any sense to whom you would define. You have privilege to say anything to anybody but be calm. Predominantly, we have been dealing with you so politely, that you should give some respect and value to other service providers, don’t need to emphasize how to run business, we speak well English and certainly we do have better communication skills that’s why we are dealing. In general, nobody wants to listen any abusive language from anyone whether it’s professional or unprofessional way and you were screaming that was quite perturbed. We didn’t even harass you throughout our previous correspondence. You were anxious, we admit and we truly value that you gave a lot of respect. If we are not willing to get this cover with you so sorry we can’t do that at any cost, I have to decide to whom I really need to work with and I sincerely apologize for an inconvenience that you had faced so far.

When you contact this company to book a load…they make believe they cant hear you, then they are rude and then they hang up on you.
Once you call back numerous times trying to get the information and with same results from all the rude people over there…. they give you an attitude for calling back trying to get the information and it’s all your fault and you get accused of calling…LOL!
then when you don’t agree with the rate and you try to negotiate via email, they say load is covered!
and then they start harassing you over and over the emails even after the load is covered…and you tell them to keep the load!
these are some of their emails where I was harassed and accused of not been authorized to be on the road EVEN WHEN SHE SAID LOAD WAS COVERED, NOT REASON TO KEEP EMAILING ME!
ME: very unprofessional of hanging up on carriers, very unprofessional of making believe you can’t hear to hang up!
If this is the way you all work…NO THANK YOU!
