1. No matter what, do not hire this scam company. I hired vertex to ship my two vehicles from Arizona to Pennsylvania, they quoted me $1800 and said it would take one week. Before the negotiating was complete, they said they could not find a driver at that price, but they could find one at $2400. I agreed to the $2400, but I then negotiate and all inclusive contract clearly, stating that there could be no additional charges for any reason, at any time, regardless of failed, picked ups or lack of a driver.

   Kevin Starks, if that’s his real name, specifically told me verbally and provided a written contract, that the $2400 was an inconclusive, and it could not be changed for any reason whatsoever.

   Soon after I signed the contract, her text told me they could not find a driver to deliver the vehicles for that price, but they could find a driver for $4000 they could leave right away. Vertex already sent one driver who was angry At Vertex, and decided to drive away and not take the job, vortex, then blame that on me, and then said it was my fault that the driver didn’t pick up my vehicles. I wasn’t even on location, when this driver was there, and never saw the driver. Due to this failure to pick up, I was forced to move the vehicles, and hire a tow truck, and pay storage fee fees in the amount of $1200 for the next four days, due to vortex scam and baiting switch tactics. Vertex waited until I was completely desperate, and then once again, offered to move the vehicles at $4000, and said they had a driver ready to go.

   I told Vertex that they needed to move the vehicles, because the vehicles were going to be towed away and put in an impound yard, and I think we all know what happens then. I instructed vertex to move the vehicles ASAP or the vehicles we’re going to be towed.

   Or text then hired this driver, to pick the vehicles up and transport them to Pennsylvania, I was then charged $4000, and I was ordered to pay the carrier/driver $3700 in cash money for my vehicles would be put in an impound yard as collateral. This is part of the scam that they use, they use your own property as leverage, to extort money from you, and then they wait until you’re so desperate, you have no choice.

   When I showed the driver/car carrier service my contract stating $2400, they were shocked and did not know what to say to me. They did say that vortex was calling them night and day, sending them all kinds of text messages, wanting their share of the $3700 cash that I gave them. Once again, this is part of a scam, and the driver are in on the scam, and then they share the profits when the vehicles are delivered.

   I put both companies on notification and demanded the $2200 overage ASAP. Vertex car ship Incorporated and ex Accelerated transport company out of Philadelphia, both went into hiding mode, and started claiming that I canceled the contract, and they knew nothing about the $2400 contract. The car transport company, refused to even give me a name or owner of the business, they started signing their emails, and text messages, transport company, nothing more. I still do not have a personal name of the owner of the Accelerated transport company in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. They are simply hiding behind vortex at this point, but they have $3700 of my cash money, and refused to give it back.

   I already contacted the Better Business Bureau, I contacted the Attorney General of Texas, the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, I’ve contacted at least three or four other government agencies concerning trucking, hauling and car transport, those investigations are actually in the works.

   This is a 100% scam, these two fellas At Vertex car ship Incorporated, one is named Larry, the other is named Kevin, I doubt very much those are real names, and I doubt very much. This is a real company.

   No matter what, do not hire this company!

2. Vertex Carship Quoted $680 and provided an order for the shipment from North Carolina to Oregon, required a $ 100 deposit and had 8 days to find a suitable driver. However, on the scheduled pick up date, they said they were trying really hard and could not find anyone available. They never provided the information for the dispatch, although originally they had promised to provide these details 24hrs before the scheduled pickup date. After a few hours, they gave a new quote for $3,000. I asked several times why they hadn´t worked on this shipment before the scheduled date and there was no answer. Just kept saying I am working on your shipment and I will help you. Finally, Anna stopped answering texts when I refused to accept the revised quote.

3. I would put a negative star review if I could for this overall Garbage company!! Asks for double the amount of money originally quoted for the vehicle. Always has an excuse for there their business and is just a complete scam. Nancy is a garbage human who makes it seem like she is helping you but will just keep leading you on. The drivers are bums who can’t find a real job and just look to scam every costumer they get. Don’t use this garbage company!

4. Mike and Thomas two front man
   Lied through the whole process estimate start from 195$ after getting advance money raised it up to 400 $ kept refusing to return the money back and cancel
   After back and forth wasting my time I sucked and agreed to total of 345$ 50 of which was paid in advance
   First driver did not pick up the car gave me number of the driver he said he did not have space on trailer while Mike and Thomas lied that trailer broke down so will pick up tomorrow must have setup now with different one
   Sunday driver showed me their receipt showing he is suppose to take 350 refused to give me the car for 295 which was promised
   No one to pick up the phone at that time
   When I called them next day they said I need to be mature and and it’s a problem with driver both their issues and will get back to me after fixing the problem
   Sent them texts since then without response

5. This is a follow up to my very low rating I gave Vertex Carship a few days ago. After numerous phone calls, emails, and texts I came to realize that there was a major miscommunication between the company, myself (buyer of car), and the person I bought the car from. Not wanting to punish someone (or a company) for a mistake, I am now rescinding my previous rating. My advice to anyone who transports a car is to try and get a conference call with all parties involved so that any miscommunication will be greatly reduced. I have now received my car and at a good price.

6. This company is a scam. They will quote you a fee and then you put down a deposit. When it’s time to pick up the car, they will come up with a crazy excuse and then they will say we have another driver (at a considerably larger fee). If you are reading this, DO NOT do business with this company, it will save you much aggravation.

7. FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW POSTED BY BUSINESS – RATING PENALIZED
   I used Vertex Carship to transport my niece’s car from Oklahoma City to Orlando. Jeff provided exceptional communication, keeping me informed about the itinerary and giving me all the carrier details. I especially appreciated the smooth process and the regular follow-ups.

8. Vertex is a call center scam. It’s a classic example of stringing along a customer until they can get another fee from you to “reschedule” or find another driver.

      We appreciate your feedback and take all concerns seriously. However, we would like to clarify the situation for the benefit of other potential customers.

      You booked a shipment with us and agreed to our terms and conditions, which include specific clauses for pickup and rescheduling. We arranged for a carrier to pick up your vehicle at the agreed location and provided all the necessary details to both you and the driver for coordination. On the scheduled day, our driver arrived at the pickup location and attempted to contact you multiple times. Unfortunately, you were unavailable and did not inform the driver or anyone else that you were in a meeting. This caused the driver to leave without the vehicle, which also resulted in a fuel and time loss for the carrier.

      Per our contract, a rescheduling fee of $75 is charged in such cases to cover the additional expenses incurred. This was clearly outlined in the contract you signed, particularly under Clause 7.

      We strive to provide excellent service and transparency to all our clients. While we understand your frustration, we feel it’s important to uphold our policies, as they are designed to ensure smooth operations and fair compensation for our drivers and partners.

      We are always open to further discussing any concerns you may have to reach an amicable resolution.
