I thought this broker would be better than the last but they have raised the bar preying on unsuspecting customers. I sincerely do not recommend this company as Jay the service representative and Alex the supervisor have been incredibly dishonest in business practices. I was offered $900.00 total to ship my vehicle from coast to coast with a $150.00 reservation fee. After signing the shipping order form and paying the reservation fee the “current market price” magically jumped to $1600.00. Both representative and supervisor state this is not a breach of contract and no refund will be provided due to their terms and conditions. Beware and don’t be the next victim for this shady business.

I am retired from the Military and I already reported them to Central Dispatch and requested them to remove their account. I already made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. And I will report them to Law Enforcement Agencies too.
They are scam artists. They will take your money and not refund you at all. STAY AWAY.
This place is a COMPLETE SCAM.
Hired them to transport (2) motorcycles. Needles to say once they got my credit card – NEVER SHOWED UP. NO PHONE CALL. When my husband finally contacted them he was informed the driver canceled. Now to get another driver there would be charges three times the amount of the original price. And all they wanted ONCE AGAIN WAS JUST MY CREDIT CARD. TOTAL SCAM
This company does the classic bait and switch. They entice you with a really low price. Once you do a contract and pay them they come up with some bogus excuse that the driver is with DOT inspector and can no longer do it at that price and then next thing you know they are trying to charge $800 plus in addition to what you already paid. They refuse to give your money back. They are scam artist. Then when you start looking for someone else they claim you violated the contract and now you loose your payment after a week past the shipping deadline.
The worst car transportation ever they will lie to get business once they get your business you will find out how they are sheister they should call them selves con men.we are going to take it to law suits, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
