I transported my car a month ago. These creeps are still sending me messages a month later. their webside doesn’t even work. Lucky that, I searched differently and found these notes.
BEWARE 9/10 of these companies are scams. I finally found one verified the DOT number, called the phone number registered with the Gov, and on the website which was also listed with the company…. and was listed with the BBB (a rating by the way) I’d pick neptuneautotransport – but do your due diligence. A few companies tried to say they were another company. going so far as to give a web address with an extra letter or an abbreviation of the real one. I was quoted $400-750+ from New Orleans to Missouri The latest is david wilson with UEL
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They quoted me one price then said I had to pay $100 more to driver. Then they didn’t pick up as scheduled and did not answer my calls. I filed a claim on this company with FMSCA.
This transport company is a “COMPLETE SCAM”. They bait and switch. They will not give you the service as promised and they will not even give you any refund. STAY AWAY FROM “USP EXPRESS LLC”.

Scam out of $100,that’s crazy
DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, RUN!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK WITH THEM! THEY TOLD ME A PRICE THEN ADDED AN ADDITIONAL $200 ON TOP OF WHAT THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO COST AND HAVE BEEN SAYING THEY WILL REFUND MY $200 DEPOSIT SINCE LAST WEEK. THEY SAID MONDAY THEN THEY SAID IN ONE HOUR AND NOW THEY’RE SAYING BY THE END OF THE DAY BUT I WON’T HOLD MY BREATH! THE GUY SAID “CORRECT” WHEN I SAID THEY ARE LIARS AND JUST SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!
As the other review says RUNNNN, their quote means nothing unless you add about $300 extra on top of what they say. The low quote is to hold you hostage. They make idle quotes before confirming with a actual carrier. Check with carriers before booking thru a online broker.
COMPLETE SCAM. RUN AWAY. DISHONEST AND STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME $200 FOR ZERO SERVICE PROVIDED. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SKETCHY! RUN TO SOMEONE ELSE!
