Some examples of Moving Fraud
- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
This is not a transporter, they are a broker and do no due diligence of booking their transporters. Truck driver couldn’t understand basic instructions (i.e. can you please wait at your truck) when they arrived and stated they couldn’t come to the house to pick up the car. Then there was no support or communication from the TD side of things when we were called that someone had to come claim the car when arriving a day prior to delivery. The following is a transcript of the text messages sent by TD auto transport when told that they would get a negative review:

This kind of offensive threatening behavior is something to consider before ever booking with TD Auto Transport.
