Shipped my new car with Premium auto transportation smooth Process enclosed trailer flawless delivery impressed.
Bad experience. Hired them to take my car from CO to PA. Car picked up on Saturday, on Sunday the driver called me demanding another $200 which I did not pay as we had a signed contract. Driver tried to change the pricing on me AFTER he picked up my car. I called Premium Auto Transportation as they were the broker that hired the driver, they stated they would refund the service fee of $125 if I would just pay the driver directly. I agreed. Car arrived 4 days later than agreed upon and Premium Auto Transport did not refund my credit card the service fee, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Bad experience, would not recommend, save yourself the hassle and go with another carrier.

Got my ford transported from these guys. I think its a new company, saw some reviews. Price was much better than the others. A guy named Henry contacted me to ship my vehicle from Salem to LA. Very communicative guy. Original quote was for 800$. However, they said they could not find a carrier so I might have to go up 50$. Paid 850$, they stayed with me till my car was delivered. Customer service was excellent. I do recommend them. Would’ve cancelled if they honey-trapped me but i think 850$ was very reasonable. Hats off. Will surely use them again.
