I had a pickup scheduled with this company. I never received a phone call to schedule pick up time. I called before lunch on pick up date. Advised would check wit the driver and call me back. I did not get a return phone call. I had to reschedule flights. Also I contacted another company. I definitely would not use this company. My son called this company to discuss contract. Had to leave a voice message and did not get a call back.
I had a very poor experience with nice car auto transport. After getting several quotes I selected them and the day before shipping I contacted them for information about my pickup. They told me they had a carrier and called them and then told me about what time I would be contacted the next day. The day arrived and no call so I recalled nice car and they said I would be contacted shortly and again nothing. Ultimately another carrier picked up the car two days after it was promised and they charge more money than my signed contract. He said he would send a partial refund for the difference by never did. I would never use them again.
