STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I wish I read the reviews ahead of time. They gave us a horrible transport company who came 3.5 hours late for pick-up. When we told them they were running late, they said that the company has bad reviews (see photo). Why would C&P Auto Transport give us a shipping company they knew they had bad reviews, especially when they themselves noted bad interactions with the shipping company?
The whole process was a disaster. The shipping company, Gonmax Services Inc, brought an equipment trailer (we didn’t know this was what it was at the time), and they damaged our car. The car was stuck halfway on the ramp and could not move forward or backwards. We had to get a towing company to get the car off the ramp. We called C&P Auto Transport Express and asked them for the insurance of the shipping company, which C&P Auto Transport Express didn’t have. When we signed the deposit with C&P Auto Transport Express, the form said the deposit was for shipping not brokering a shipment. We asked for the deposit back as services were not rendered. They would not give us the deposit back. I asked to talk to the manager, and they did not let us, stating the manager wasn’t in. This was a weekday around noon. We asked for the manager’s number, and they hung up on us and wouldn’t answer any of our calls or emails after that.
We were also told that Gonmax Services Inc, the shipping company, would cover all damages. They refused to give us the insurance information. I’ve tried calling several times. We even got the number for the owner, and the owner told the workers not to give us the insurance information.
Please, do not waste your money on this company, C&P Auto Transport Express. It is not Better Business Bureau certified.
This company posted my name to the pickup board without my permission and will not remove it making it difficult to book with another carrier. USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY instead.
This company is BEYOND unprofessional. They scam people out of money and talk to them like crap.
I wish I had gotten service from another company.
