I went through and even had an argument with Amanda Smith from US Freight Masters (BIG BIG mistake mess with the wrong consumer). Tried to do a bait and switch on price quoted w/contract. (Contract doesn’t mean squat they all do the same) quoted $500 w/up front deposit (yeah right, I don’t think so, DID C.O.D. total upon delivery) then tried coming back at me with $850. No shame kept coming back with better quotes, but I didn’t budge and when I finally got a quote with a different dispatcher. She literally wanted to know how much. “Never”

I contracted with Voyager Transportation Solutions to move my golf cart from Michigan to Florida. 650 total move with a 100 deposit.. On the pickup date I received a call from ‘Leo’ informing me of a STRIKE on that route, but no worries…. he found another driver that wld take a different route…. for only TWICE THE PRICE ! Wish I had known of this site earlier and checked the reviews ! I left them a poor Google review and received a call from ‘Leo’ immediately followed up by a text apologizing for the issue, promising a refund and begging me to take down the post…. ’cause he really needs this job and he will make sure this does not happen again’ Total BS No refund. May lost the battle…. but the war is not over !

It’s just a ploy to hold your deposits and force you to go on with their price when you’re stuck after paying them. I’m an employee of this company, I’m just trying to bring to everyone’s attention, how corrupt and unjust this company and its owners are. Actually, these are also not the exact words but would refrain from using any abusive language as I don’t want to stoop down to their level.
Now, I had my cousin’s wedding this month and it’s my real sister, and a cousin’s sister wedding as well together, so I needed atleast a 2-weeks leave. I asked my team leader, he said okay, but we’ll stall your 15 months salary. I said okay, and agreed without arguing any further since I understood. Now, coming to their disgusting tactics, 2 days past salary credited to all the other employees, and now they are coming with excuses like I took extra uninformed leaves, whereas never was the case like this, except an uninformed on the 29th, I had leaves starting from the 30th, and I left due to a family emergency on the 28th, asked the owner and he said okay. Before that, I had 4 leaves, and updated the team leader everytime and have an “OK” from him for all the times. Now, coming to my sales, I had around $1300-1400 dispatched sales, which I legally deserve, since I’m not their servant and neither worked for any charity in their office, after that they are telling me sorry, we cannot do this, this and that with every kind of lame excuse you guys can come up with as well in your brains. Exactly, go below that level, stoop a little low to their level and think, and doing this nonsense behaviour, they expect their employees to still work wholeheartedly and do their best!

David quoted me $650.00 to ship a car from Nevada to Illinois. The contract required a deposit of $200 with the remaining balance due upon delivery. After depositing $200 in good faith, I was notified that a driver would do it but for $1,100. Obviously this does not meet the terms of the contract so I passed. Several offers then followed but all were notably higher than $650 originally quoted. I went with a different company to get the car moved and then he wanted me to pay a $100 cancellation fee up front in order to get my $200 deposit back. Obviously there was no trust at this point to give him any more money than I already had and getting nothing in return. So, I will report his company to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent and unethical business practices. This company should be avoided!

I’ve signed a contract after receiving a quote from this company with a $200 deposit. The day before pick-up I was informed that the driver is asking for more money. I told him no we had a signed contract with the terms. I was told it was only a quote. I explain quotes don’t involve in signed contracts with a deposit.
Signed again with another company same thing happened. My son tried to transport his vehicle the week with yet another company, same thing happened to him as well. I believe this whole industry needs to be revamped. It’s riddled with scammers in total my family is out of $600 in deposits along with delays with airline tickets and the inconvenience/hardship it caused my family trying to move with additional temporary transporting needs.
Who do I contact to report these companies? I want my refund and the additional funds due to the breach of the contract. Agreement of services not fulfilled or satisfied.

On November 11, 2022 we got a quote for $650 and signed the agreement for shipping our car from Harrison, Ohio (Cincinnati)
to Lakeland, Florida. We gave the company a $150 down payment with $500 due on delivery. We dealt with Rick Johnson and he promised that the car would be picked up on December 13 2022, just like it stated in the contract. On the 13th we had contact with Rick several times on the thirteenth after the time that was promised a driver would be there to get the car. It was supposed to be picked up between 11 am and 2 pm. At two thirty I called Rick and he said he would check on the driver and call me back. I called Rick AGAIN at 5pm and asked what was up. He said the driver is on his way and would be there shortly. At 8 pm I called Rick and he said he would send another driver, but it will cost $950 and I would have to make a second deposit of $100 and sign a new contract.
With all of this BS going on, we ended up missing our flight and had to leave the next day.
We ended up getting a contract with MONTWAY auto transportation and they picked up the car from our friends house two days later.
I will be posting this with the BBB, there is no way this company can keep doing this to people!

He promised to pick up my vehicle and took the deposit, then three different times changed the pickup date, then demanded another $100 on top of the originally agreed upon amount in our signed contract. He finally agreed to issue a refund and now a week later, still has not done so and now has blocked my number. Do NOT, I repeat: DO NOT book this company.

Well with regard to your situation, if you had proof of a contract, and paid by credit card you can take up the matter with the card company and they at a minimum are obligated to get you the refund of deposit. Please try that first and if the card company considers them as scam, they will suspend them their account with the card company. Good Luck and dont give up. These guys know that consumers have no where to go and keep doing it and flourish scamming.
I am looking for a move of my car and put out a request on line.
Amongst many companies, this one VTS, quoted a certain amount and when i didn’t respond they dropped the price to make it attractive. So I was planning on using them.
Since there is always scams, i thought I would do a review check on this company. I am glad I did because I would have fallen a victim to a scam and all the inconveniences. Looks like from reviews seen every one of them is a some form of breach of contract and wanting more than quoted and agreed upon. I am so glad that I read these reviews and they are now out of the window. Mathew Horn is the one that has been constantly sending text messages and phone calls stating the truck is ready.

The only driver you promised to pick up my car was the one on 11/16/22 around 10:30am as the contract said, but NEVER SHOWED. You told me the 2nd driver would be there to pick up around 3:30pm but again NEVER showed (had a MINOR ACCIDENT????). I said to you that you had until 7pm that day to find me one but you could not find one (I have all the text messages to show). You were the only company I signed contract with out of 100’s of them who had tried to contact me by phone or by text messages once I filled out one simple form online. You accused me of working with others when I requested $100 deposit refund. It was a scam to start with. You never intended to refund the deposit no matter my car is picked up or not. You told me by text messages many times (I can show the proof of text messages) that you would refund but again NEVER did. I could not control what other companies would do. All I know is I signed the contract with you because you had the lowest price. I flew out there next day 11/17/22 to pick up the car myself because you could not find ANY DRIVER for me for that low price you offered, which you knew you would not be able to find one. Furthermore, why would I need to fly out if I was working with others?

I believe that I have been scammed by this company “Voyager Transportation Solutions”. I signed a contract with them and they took my $100 deposit on 11/15/22 by CASH APP and was supposed to pick up my car from a car dealership in GA around 10:30am 11/16/2022. They said the driver would call the dealership 1 hour ahead of picking up. No one called.
Since the driver did not call the dealership after 10:30am, I contacted Rick Johnson (my contact person with Voyager Transportation Solution) and he told me that he thought it’s supposed to be 11/19/22 for pick up. I told him NO, that was not what we agreed and not what the contract said. The contract said – first available pick up on 11/16/22. So Rick said that he would try to find a driver for me right away and he gave me an estimated time around 3:30pm when the driver would be there. Off course the driver never showed because later he told me that the driver had a minor accident (really??). I told him he had until 5pm to find another driver or I would like to cancel / refund. He said OK and that he would try to find another driver for me AGAIN. I told him he had until 7pm or no deal. He could not find anyone to pick it up ALL DAY. Around 7pm, I finally requested a refund and was told that there was no refund because he tried to accuse me of breaking the contract by working with another broker, which I NEVER did. I told him he was the one who broke the contract because my car was supposed to be picked up today and no one showed up. The bottom line is – my car was never picked up on 11/16/22 AND he could not find anyone to pick it up. The dealership will be able to verify that my car was still there the morning of 11/17/22. I had to fly out there, took an UBER and picked it up myself the afternoon of 11/17/2022.
On 11/18/2022 at 5:09pm, I asked Rick Johnson for refund again because I had already picked up the car myself, and he told me OK but it would take 3 days. Today is 12/2/2022 – it’s been 2 WEEKS and no refund was processed. I called and texted him several times within the last 2 weeks, he promised me he would refund but NEVER did.
Rick tried to lure people into signing a contract by offering the lowest price, made up all different excuses for not being able to find a driver, then later accused you of breaking the contract with them by working with another broker when you asked for a refund.

Very disappointed in this experience. I signed a contract for 750. I paid 200 deposit and the contract said I’d only pay the driver 550 upon delivery. Now they are saying it will be 900 to the driver. That’s 350 more that I signed the contract for. I asked for a refund and now they are not responding. Do not use this company or send them any money. Noah the man I spoke to was kind and trying to help but the supervisor is now not responding after I asked for a refund.
We had a problem with the first arrangement and had to stay another day in Bradenton, Florida because the original truck broke down. However, Rick Johnson of Voyager made arrangements immediately for the very next morning with another company toTransport our 40 ft Heritage Glen RV to Indiana from Bradenton and the man we worked with from there was very friendly and professional. We would use Rick from Voyager again to find us a transport company.
We did have to pay an extra 150.00 after the original 400.00 deposit but it was understandable because the new company was coming another 400 miles. The total cost was $2100.00.
Ongoing issue: this was the text messages between “Rick Johnson” and I on Nov 28 until today: You lied to me again, I demand that you refund my $100.00 deposit. I’m not interested in who you have to speak with and when you told me that when I remove my comments you will refund my deposit, you violated my civil rights. You entered an agreement under false pretenses, you failed to provide the service that I provided a deposit for, you cost me additional money in doing so and you think that I shouldn’t comment about what happened? Return my deposit and walk away, there is nothing else to do. Not answering my calls is not helping this situation and who ever “Rob Davis” is that hung up on me, I don’t wish to speak with again.

REF: Contract # 30414100-VT, on 11/23/2022 I entered a contractual agreement with Voyager Transportation Solutions via ” Rick Johnson ” to have a vehicle transported from Tampa, Fl to New Orleans, For the tariff of $400.00 ($100.00 to be a deposit to ensure the transport), I sent the deposit via CHASE/ZELLE to PARVINDER to complete my contract obligation. I was assured by Rick that my vehicle would be picked up by 11/25/2022, transported and delivered. Today is 11/28/2022 and I have not received any driver information nor confirmation that my vehicle has been picked up. I have spoken to Rick several times since 11/25/2022 and each time I’ve spoken to him he has not had a driver arranged, additionally, he has claimed that he had a driver scheduled at a higher rate (first it was 50 dollars now its 100 dollars) One or two occasions of speaking with he has offered to refund my deposit but also asked that I give him more time to get a driver. My position is that you entered a contract in good faith and have not fulfilled your end of the agreement which constitutes a breach of contract, any cost incurred above the agreement is not my responsibility and therefore should not delay my shipment. I am now having to contract a different carrier to transport my vehicle
(Lexus) and subsequently try to get my deposit back from Voyager. when I call the phone number on the webpage it went back to Rick Johnson’s voicemail. I will begin being charged storage fees starting tomorrow @ $40.00 per day because of this scam.
I recently bought a Jeep Liberty online through Craigslist. I needed it transported from Richland, Wa. to Sandpoint, Id. within 2 days. I contacted several vehicle transporters who told me it couldn’t be done. Rob told me he could get the Jeep picked up and delivered for $300. We had a couple of hiccups because another transport company was playing games and jacking the price for the load up. Once I contacted the other company and had them remove their post from the board it was clear sailing from there and Rob had a truck there to pick up the Jeep within 4 hours. Rob Davis rocks! He is professional, polite, friendly, patient, and will go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend Voyager Transportation Solutions for your vehicle transportation needs and I have shared their information with others I know who occasionally need cars shipped.
This is horrible company and I should have listened to Sebastine’s comment! They have zero follow up and communication skills. They never once reached out to update me, and instead blocked my number when I tried to contact them for an update because it was 5 days past my shipping date. They even blocked me from leaving a review. Be very skeptical, other companies don’t ask for an upfront deposit.
Rob ended up pulling through, though it was after my desired shipping date, he got the job done for cheaper than the rest of the competition and I was happy about that.
The previous review has been resolved by the company owner Rob. He was wonderful to work with and has addressed all my concerns.
Matthew Horn wrote down my number wrong in the contract during the signing with him on the phone he was told three times to change it. I received an email from him the next day saying they had tried to call me and couldn’t get ahold of me and was not sure when they could pick up my trailer. He then quoted me double the initial cost cause he sent me an email the next morning saying he couldn’t get me to reserve the first driver. Then why couldn’t he send me an email to call him while he had that driver. Then spoke with him yesterday. He could not give us an exact date for pickup. Today I called and he became nasty with me and went around in circles when I asked for the contract to be canceled. I told him he could keep the half the deposit per the contract and he kept going in circles. And was trying to pull bait and switch then he told me he was pissed at me and that is not how you talk to a customer. Then he kept saying I could get a driver if I wanted to pay double than the contract I signed. He is shady and would not listen when all I want was to cancel the contract and recieve back half the deposit and should never have been talked to that way. Do it ever go with his business ever. The delivery was supposed to be for a horse trailer quoted around 1600 and then the only people he could find were 2500-5000 bait and switch at its finest.
