- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
this company is a joke. Guy is so unprofessional. texting all hours of the night. random good morning texts when not even using his services. MEGA creep. Doesn’t know how to properly send an invoice, hassles you about paying invoice at 10pm hours after your stuff has been loaded and on its way. refused to unload until I paid last invoice which was hard asf thanks to him using the same invoice number. complete idiot and joke. hard to even believe this is still a company. most drivers don’t even speak a lick of English. Lacks communication. Driver was late to pick up had to have tow driver wait while running up my bill. never ever again.
I’ve tried to use this company a couple of times as far as a transporter. I have an A+ rating on truckstop and companies like this. Just make us all look bad. They try to keep you on the hook while they try to find somebody to haul it cheaper stay away from these clowns waste your day, from looking at the rest of the reviews I don’t know how they stay in business David Knutson
I wanna follow up just a little bit on my last post. If the guy tells you his name is Lewis don’t walk, but run away as fast as you can. He’s a liar and a cheat David Knutson.
Avoid using their services for transporting your vehicle as they are among the many unreliable options available today. Make sure to conduct adequate research and lookout for warning signs to avoid falling prey to unscrupulous companies.
If it were possible, I would leave absolutely no stars at all. My experience with this shipping company has been absolutely terrible. Their customer service agent Stuart Molina is incredibly unprofessional and lacking in any sense of professionalism.
