- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
The people at South Beach Transport were extremely helpful and were not “pushy” like some of the other companies I spoke to. They scheduled a flawless pickup in NM and had the car to me a day early. The driver was great and we got the car unloaded in one piece with no drama. The people and price with SBT were excellent, and I would use them again.
