Had an agreed upon price $595 for a week, I had been told during the week the car was scheduled for Friday pickup. Thursday the day before pick up SMRK called and wanted $200 more. Needed the car moved and agreed on $150 extra after SMRK spoke to the actual transport company, this is common in this industry. Car was booked with a window of 3 to 7pm Friday. Was told would get a call one hour before. No call, I called SMRK 45 minutes before 7. Said truck will be to me by 7pm. 7pm came and went. Called SMRK back again, said truck will be to me by 8pm. Ended up coming at 8:30pm after I called the driver. Was told from SMRK car will be delivered on Sunday. I hadn’t received any updates, called Sunday no one for either company answered. I texted SMRK and they responded later in the day that the car will be delivered Monday. After a few more calls, I finally got through to the driver who picked up the car, he told me they don’t work the weekends. Monday morning spoke to transport company. Car will be delivered Tuesday, never left NJ until Monday. When I booked, I gave them the dates when someone would be available to receive car. Called SMRK, will look into it and call me back in 10 minutes, no call back. 5 hours later, I had to call again. Poor communication, no followup. SMRK then told me the driver from Prime Track went to help another driver get his truck going and that caused a 6 hour delay. I understand there are issues, but 3 days. Had to rearrange schedules on the receiving side for 2 days. People do work. Car arrived Wednesday. Driver asked for $575, his paperwork said it. My paperwork said $550.
Called SMRK Wednesday evening and was told SMRK would Zelle me the $25 plus $25 for my trouble. It is now Friday no refund. Called SMRK 11am today, they were going to Zelle it by noon, nothing. Called SMRK again, I was a special case because I told them I was writing a negative review to all internet sites. Then SMRK was going to text me a note that they will refund the $50 but I could not write a bad review. It’s not the money, it’s principal.

Bait & switch. Quoted competitive price a few months before the pickup date. Continue to confirm price & pickup date. One day before pick, said could not find driver at that price and would have to double price. Was relocating and thus had no time to require fully and had to use him or completely screw up my move. Agreed to doubled price but even then communications after that was poor as to pick up and delivery. Overall, felt ripped off and was bad experience. Don’t use them.

FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW – RATING PENALIZED
I shipped my Ford from Connecticut to Florida at a very reasonable price . It was delivered on time and the process was very smooth. The driver was really professional and informed pickup and delivery beforehand. I got my car delivered without any damages and hassle.

DO NOT USE SMRK. Amazing they can stay in business.
Same experience as other reviews.
Totally dishonest. These guys will quote a low price the jack it when you out of time and need to ship. They play all sorts of games and will try to keep your deposit without applying it to total cost.

This company said all the right things and promised a pickup within one day. I agreed and paid the deposit. When the driver didn’t show up, they said they could be there tomorrow at a price that was triple their original quote. When I declined they said I violated the contract and refused to refund deposit. SCAM!
