Quoted me $250 to move a car. When I called to do the move, it magically jumped to $425. “My name is Alice Terry with Pride Car Shipping and we can do it for the total of $250 on any convenient date with no upfront payments required.” which then changed to: “no driver is willing to do it for the quoted amount of $250. I’m sorry.” and “$250 is an estimate based on the previous lowest accepted rate.” Apparently they have no idea what a “quote” means, and treat it more like a general estimate.

If you do go with these guys, allocate double their “quote” in your budget.

Worst company ever. They were horrible. I booked a car transport with them from Massachusetts to SC four weeks in advance. They never showed up and when I finally got hold of them they made up some excuse about the driver and his insurance. They did tell me they could get another driver but it would cost $450 more. What BS. Who does that? It was awful. Do not USE them.

Avoid at all cost! This company quoted me a reasonable price, said the driver was on the way, and then the driver said he had to cancel because he was in an accident and would not pick up the vehicle. Pride then told me the price would be substantially higher and called me repeatedly to pressure me to accept a higher price. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam and I will not do business with them ever again.

My experience with Pride Car Shipping was superb thanks to Olivia and her team for being so ready and hardworking to accomplish my order on a highly unpopular route and scarce availability. Yet they got it done, in two days from request, and at a very good rate. I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands, really good work!

This company will rip you off and manipulate you and take your money. They are a fake company. Do not use them. They will try to rip you off on pricing and say they have drivers and do not.

Top Notch – call Pride FIRST! We had an out-of-the-way car transportation need for my Lexus sedan after a personal injury. Sam W and Sheila M stuck with us until the job was complete! They answered my calls and texts, helped find an alternative carrier after one carrier broke down, and coached me through the process. $600 quoted and charged, including broker’s fee. This was my first car transport need – the number of responses from other web sites was overwhelming. Work with a broker – work with Pride – it’s worth it!

Frank from Pride car shipping did an excellent job communicating. He found a good price and perfect time to ship my vehicle. He quoted $450 and that’s the price I was charged. From Florida to Georgia.

I had a great experience with this company. They helped me ship my car from Miami, FL to Las Vegas, NV for a good price and my car arrived earlier than I thought so everything worked out perfectly. Tiffany Williams was great with communicating with me every step of the way. I have already recommended this shipping company to my family and friends. Great service, timely delivery, affordable price.

I had my car shipped by Pride Car Shipping this past September. When my car was delivered it was dropped off with a dead battery. My car was inspected prior to shipping and was in great condition with no battery issues. When I contacted the company about the costs of the new battery a man named Chris Peters referred me to their insurance group and the driver’s insurance group. I called numerous times to speak with Joli Garcia from Allsafe Insurance Group of Companies and was only able to speak with her twice. When I spoke with her those two times she said I would hear from the driver’s insurance that same day and I never heard from them. After those two phone calls every time I called to ask for an update on the claim her assistant would answer and would say Joli was not present in the office that day. The assistant then gave me the phone number to Millennium Group Inc which was supposed to be the insurance for the driver. However, according to the web this company had been “permanently closed”. For the past 5 months I have been calling and leaving messages and no one has assisted me from Pride Car Shipping. I strongly advise against choosing Pride Car Shipping to ship your car in case the driver causes any damage to your vehicle because the company will not provide any assurance and will not reimburse you.

It was Christmas time and I was shipping my Honda Civic from AZ to TX. Pride Car Shipping got me the best offer in the market. But unfortunately the driver cancelled the pickup on the day of shipping because he got stuck at some dealership. I texted the shipping company and they arranged a new driver right away. Again this time, they got me the best deal I could get. Finally my car got picked and was shipped in 2 days. I would like to thank Olivia Williams from Pride Car Shipping. She was lighting fast in helping me out when my driver had cancelled. She’s very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and friendly.
    Would ship with them again

Amazing… Olivia and Rachel at Pride were great all through my car transport… They were well informed of the pick up time and drop off time… Olivia, Rachel, Thank You very much you made my life easy during this time of moving from Los Angeles Ca to Huston Tx….

Chevy 2500 from CA to VA in four days! I give Pride Car Shipping 10/10! Pride Car Shipping was able to transport my diesel truck from CA to VA, over 2400 miles in four days, for a very reasonable price. I could not have been happier with their service! Blaze helped me along the way. His response time to my emails was within minutes and answered every phone call right away. The process was easy and hands-free. I will definitely use them in the future for all my transport needs. FIVE STARS FOR ME!!

Pride Car Shipping did a great job of getting my car transported. Olivia worked hard to find a reliable driver and my vehicle was transported at the price she quoted. Great job Pride Car Shipping.

This is so clearly a fake review in response to the previous. This was posted directly after Olivia was confronted with screenshots of that review to show that this EXACT SAME CIRCUMSTANCE was obviously no coincidence. She then screenshotted it back to us like proof that the previous poster changed his mind in less than a day, within an hour of the confrontation. It boggles the mind to think anyone would be that naive.

I believe this to be a scam company obtaining personal and credit card information by offering a service and then at the last minute cancelling the service after they already have all your information.
In mid-October I was contacted by Pride Car Shipping in response to a request for quotes to transport a car from one state to another. I was sent electronically a contract to transport the car and a request for my credit card number and contact information. At that time, I spoke with a representative of the company and confirmed the price, and the dates for pickup and delivery. I was told the truck driver transporting the car would call 24 hours in advance and again 1 hour before arriving to pick up the car.
No calls were received prior to the pick-up date.
On the pick-up date, Oct 31, no truck driver had called, and I sent an email to Pride Shipping that no truck was coming to pick up my vehicle, only after I emailed them, I received an email from Pride Car Shipping stating, “Good morning, your vehicle will be picked up today, just confirmed with the driver.”
Only after contacting Pride Shipping did I receive a text from an unknown phone number that said it was “Jake” the driver and he had to pick up 4 cars first and he would then pick up my vehicle.
Three hours later I received a text from “Jake” who said he was not picking up the cars from the dealership and was not going to pick up my vehicle. A search of the telephone number for “Jake” the truck driver shows it to be associated with a 71-year-old deceased female who resided in Florida.
After emails and phone calls Olivia said she would try and find another truck to transport my vehicle.
No service was provided, Pride Car Shipping never obtained transportation for my car.

The *exact same thing* has just happened to my partner, while he’s midflight, down to Olivia, “Jake”, and the 4 car situation. I’ve called Olivia and Jake, who did not answer because he isn’t real but texted back, and let them know that they are being reported to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and my AG. They screwed with the wrong person. I’m a middle aged white woman named Karen with nothing but time.

We had a minivan and golf cart that needed to be sent from FL to NY. Olivia offered us a great price and followed that up with great service. And the cost was excellent considering no money was required up front to ‘hold a reservation’ as some companies demand.

Hurricane Ian disrupted our original plans but Olivia worked with us and was able to find us a very qualified and professional driver for the right price. We appreciated her patience and determination to make sure all went smoothly.

Vehicles were picked up on the scheduled day and delivered on time, and the recipient was thrilled with the driver and the service provided.

Placing your vehicle in the hands of a stranger can be a bit unnerving, but the process is made easier by experienced professionals in the transport business. We will call Olivia and Pride next time we have vehicle shipping needs. We highly recommend Olivia and Pride!

There was a little snafu with the original pickup the day of and Olivia was able to get a new driver for the next day. The price was more than the original quote (because it was so last minute), but when looking at other car shipping services, I was quoted around $800 to $1,000 more. Olivia was able to work some kind of magic to get the price way more reasonable.

Mike did a great job of helping us navigate the process of moving a car from Seattle to Houston.

I think a lot of people really don’t understand the world of contract shipping and how the bidding process works. The nice thing about using Pride Car Shipping is the very personalized service I got. Mike and I discussed the process and I indicated I’d rather pay a bit more shipping our Mercedes the 2300 miles from Seattle to Houston – and have a driver with a perfect record of successful delivery than worry about a couple of hundred dollars and get a driver we couldn’t depend on.

The driver was AWESOME, met me at a convenient location (for his truck to be able to turn around, etc) at precisely the agreed-on time and for the agreed-on price of $1500.

I would use Pride again WITHOUT HESITATION!

    Not happy about what happened!
Originally quoted for $700 and the day of pick up, the driver had an accent and had to find last minute driver and ended up paying $1000. Still mad at that! I got my car in 4 days and delivery was fine from Chicago to Miami. Alex Holland arranged from start to end, I personally gave him 5 star if I didn’t have that incident. He worked hard his end accommodate the situation.

My first delivery driver was in a accident the day before vehicle pick up so he canceled. Alex Holland went the extra mile and secured me an auto pickup and had both of my vehicles delivered in two days. Outstanding job from him and Pride Car Shipping!!!

I had no idea how much of a headache trying to get a car relocated would be. So many companies that constantly plague you every way possible. Olivia was the first to contact me and was friendly, caring, professional, and really went the extra mile to communicate. If I ever have to do this again, she may be the only one I would want to do business with. Pride Car Shipping you have an amazing individual with Olivia.

We had a very similar experience as Dan and Charles. I reserved the transport in April with Alex Holland of Pride Transport. He guaranteed me the rate, even if gas prices were to increase and also guaranteed no hidden or extra fees. I confirmed with Alex prior to day of car transport and wss informed everything was still on track and car to be transported as per Apeil quote. Driver texted me 1.5 hours prior to pickup to state his load was delayed and I would need to contact my agent, Olivia Williams, to arrange for another transport.. After MANY texts and calls with Olivia, I was informed that my route was not a popular route and therefore no drivers wanted to transport my vehicle from NJ to VA. She then said one driver may be able to do it, two days later, for double the fee and that was all she could offer me. It was a very frustrating experience and very costly.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this company!!!

Olivia Williams from Pride shipping what can I say, she made shipping our car and motorcycle a breeze. She is Incredibly conscientious and unbelievable at communication. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories when shipping vehicles Maria really made the shipping of our vehicles a pleasure.
I’ve been doing this review in the sun so if you see a duplicate please regard this one as the same Olivia was great service great would use again highly recommend

I had the same experience with Pride, Charles. On the morning of the scheduled pick up, the driver “got in a wreck” and could not pick up the car. We were also quoted a second driver for $700 more. My schedule allowed me to cancel business with Pride and go with Sonic Auto Transportation but, lo and behold, once again there was an issue with the first driver on the morning of pick up. Unfortunately, this time my schedule dictated that I had to go with their second driver for $400 more. I’ve read other reviews with customers experiencing this same “issue with the first driver” scenario. I suspect it’s an industry-wide issue. For others intending to have a car shipped, just know going in that this may also be your experience.

Same here- the day my car was to be picked up, I was informed that the driver was in the hospital. My quote of $500 went to $950 overnight.

Thanks Ashley Devis from Pride Car Shipping for guiding and helping me to ship my car from Pennsylvania to Orlando. Everything was great.

Absolutely awful company. Communication was terrible, I wasn’t contacted about when the car would be shipped until the day before, at all, even though I called multiple times. Then, the morning my car was to be shipped, the driver got in a wreck and could not pick up my car. We were flying out the next morning early, and no matter what Pride car shipping was not able to get us pickup on our last day here, completely screwing us over. We also had to pay $700 extra to fix their screwup, because even with the replacement shipping (which we could not be there for!!!!), it was a much higher price. We paid HUNDREDS extra for THEIR mistakes, and were left scrambling during an interstate move. Do not use this company under ANY circumstances!!!
