Some examples of Moving Fraud
- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. At first, they offered an attractive low quote to win my business, which seemed like a good deal. However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn.
Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story — suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable.
If you’re looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

They promise me final price and took deposit from me then they changed the price and when I did not accepted then keep the deposit and never return
After that they said
it’s company terms and condition . which is BS ….
I hope they lose more money than they steal from me.
