Pure Scam – BLACK LINE TRANSPORTATION and DRIVE POINT LOGISTICS.
Fake reviews, fake company descriptions, 0 RELIABILITY, and more problems.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They own other company called Drive Point Logistics which have exactly same company address and the agent. They will charge you the deposit even before they find the driver and the pick up time, which is the total opposite of what they advertise. They will waste your time for weeks saying ‘there is no available driver at this price’ and will require you to pay extra $800 EASY and when you say no, they will PRETTY MUCH REFUSE TO GIVE REFUND and you will hear this guy yelling ‘MAMM YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT’ over the phone over and over and over. The owner is no different, no real help nor solution. Full of BS blank promises for weeks and never make anything happen. Don’t waste your time and energy here and go find a CARRIER COMPANY instead.

Wonderful company , pick up and drop off went smoothly
I will also be reporting Black Line Transportation to the Better Business Bureau. They provided me with a quote to ship my 2018 Audi Q5 from Junction City, KS to Augusta, GA for $400. I paid them a $100 deposit. They were supposed to pick my vehicle up on a Saturday and they did not. Then, Sunday came and they still did not pick it up. He kept saying he had to find a driver, but before I paid my deposit he had already promised me that he had a driver or else I would not have paid. I could have found another company. When I asked for my refund, he told me he was going to refund my money in 24 hours, but I never received it. Now, he will not even respond to my messages. The bottom line is he lied, deceived me, and stole my money. I do not know what to do, but I do not think it is right for them to just get away with taking my money. Please DO NOT do business with this company, you will regret it. They are most definitely scammers that need to be caught and stopped.
I will be reporting them to better business bureau. Quoted me to deliver my car from MA to Ny, paid deposit and they were gone zero response from them. Trying to get my deposit back no luck. DO NOT use them, scammers

BLACK LINE IS THE WORST. Usual bait and switch, but even worse. Quoted $650 to take my car from NY to Naples, Fl. Took $375 deposit. Called a day before pickup and said i had to pay the driver $850 upon delivery, i said NO, and he refused to return my money!!! BAD PEOPLE
