Sub contractor by Trailer Bridge , my car was shipped it from Homestead FL to San Juan PR. Transaction went well up to the point to pick it up in Puerto Rico (documents and point of contacts). When i went to pick up the car, i had to walked the entire parking lot to get to my vehicle, the crew there where listening to music and were to lazy to bring it up to me; then when i open the car the stench was to strong to describe (like compost) and the dirt inside the vehicle was increadible ; but what was the point to argue with the personnel noone would do nothing about the situation; so i decide it to drive out of the parking lot and clean it my self; it was missing a small luggage rack cover; other than that next time i will choose seastar or crowley companies.
i will never use this company again. not only did they not deliver when they said they would but did not keep in touch with me. I had to keep calling them back. when i did call they said they did not know the information and furthermore said they would call back in a 1/2 hour and never did. when my motorcycle finally did arrive on the new date it came at 9:30pm not between 2:00pm and 5:00pm as stated. when the transaction was over they didn’t even do a follow up and ask if everything was ok.
