- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Quoted a price and after I paid Zelle and signed contract raised the rate by 600$ which I didn’t agree to and then never refunded the 220$ .
They refuse to give me my car. I paid them now they asked for $3000 more. it’s been two months.
