Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use them! They will first have you pay to Lock you in a contract, then, increase the prices, and THEN, make you pay Extra fees and threaten to get their legal teams involved! Do NOt use them, drive yourself!
This company is fraudulent. They sent me a contract, then failed to follow up on it. They attempted to charge me 3x times more than the contract amount just before the day to ship my car, so, I told them forget about it. I want my deposit back, but won’t hold my breath on it. Scammers! They lie, changed the numbers more than once 1st $545.00, 2nd $1900.00, then 3rd, $1800.00. Do not use them.
DONT LISTEN OR TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF WITH RATES, CAR DAMAGED & THEN GET GHOSTED WHEN YOU CALL THEM. THEN USE USATRAX. MOST CORRUPT AND BULLSHIT COMPANY!!
This company is horrible!!! They took my money and kept telling me everything was going as planned. Then the day before shipping they tell me they don’t have a truck. Mr. Harris Johnson is out for the day for a family emergency so a Mr. Jackson says he will return my call within 20-30 minutes. I waited over 5 hours, and tried to call them. I needed to get on a plane. They refused to answer the phone or respond to my texts. I had no choice but find another shipper. 6 1/2 hours later they call to say they have transport, to late!!!!
Now they won’t return my deposit. They ghost me, refuse to answer calls or texts and somehow this is good business??!! I reported them to the BBB. They are a bunch of scammers! Thieves!!!!
I requested bids to transport a car from Sacramento, CA to Stafford, VA leaving on 5/25/24 and arriving on 5/30/24. USA LLC submitted a bid for $695 which I accepted payed a $225 deposit to Jason Lee on Zelle. The dispatcher was contacted multiple times on shipping date and ultimately said that he we had to pay $1667 minus our deposit and that the car wouldn’t ship until 5/30/24! Plus, Jason Lee said we had to pay it! We refused asked for a refund since they changed the ship date and more than doubled the price!!! Criminals won’t return our deposit despite their material breach of the essential terms of the bid we accepted. Filed fraud claim with Wells Fargo and FTC and Better Business Bureau complaint

This company is an outright SCAM!
We had contacted a company and agreed to have them ship our vehicle.
Soon after, we were contacted and told that USA Trax had stolen our information and posted it on “The Board”!
They claimed that we were shipping with them, and caused the prices to go up!!!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL PAY WAY MORE, and MAY NEVER SEE TOUR VEHICLE AGAIN!!!
What’s the update?
I’ve reported Jason Lee to Zelle as a scammer. I’ve reported this company to BBB, FTC, FMSCA and done reviews any and everywhere I can to protect consumers from these criminals.
They are scam artists. Got scammed by them today. Filing fraud reports and complaints everywhere!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING
