- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
SCAMMERS STAY AWAY
no reliable do not Trust them told me $500, they took $100 deposit.pick up day jumped to $1100
I refused to agree to this scam and they agreed to give my deposit within 24hrs.
they are still processing my refund 10 days later.
i do not recommend them at all

Everything was done exactly as is supposed to be. Pick up and drop off was easy and quickly. They seemed very organized. The hardest part was getting to the port where you drop off the car. Some better signage would help, but otherwise great experience and would recommend.

I purchased a vintage MG in Kentucky and had it transported to Central Florida. UDS was great to deal with from my first call to when I took delivery of the car in Florida. Their service is professional, efficient and surprisingly affordable. The price included insurance and there was no hidden fees or costs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and communicative. They definitely know what they’re doing and took a lot of stress off me as a buyer of a car in another state. I highly recommend them!
Daniel Drake quoted $450 to ship my vehicle. Once the driver arrived they changed the price to $825 claiming the “size of the vehicle” even though they had all of the information beforehand. This company is a BAIT & SWITCH. If you call them out on the bad reviews they will say it’s another company. RUN!

Great experience! The driver was super friendly and very cautious with my classic car. He communicated regularly with me before picking it up and just before dropping it off. UDS was easy to work with setting up the arrangements and flexible on my drop off date. I’m very happy with this service!

I was in Virginia, asked them to transport my car. The day that they were supposed to pick up my car at around 5 pm, they told me they did not have the truck. I had giving them $50, my mistake. A week later they told me that they had a truck for $ 650. He told me to pay $ 200 when they picked up the car on the first contract. It has been 2 weeks and they have not returned my $50. I cannot believe a company does not keep his word.
