1. ROBERT: THIS SITUATION UNRAVELED IN A VERY BAD WAY,
   Trucker agreed with customer (Sunday afternoon) to drop car on MONDAY 12/2 8 – 9 AM at his residence. Then, customer waited, (taking time off of work in a brand new job… his first day at work) and was no-showed…. Customer called trucker several times, no response… The trucker nor the trucking company called the customer of us to indicate any delays.

   (We found out today, from Anna, allegedly the trucker was stopped in Fredricksburg, VA at a weigh Station….). There was no communication until the customer finally returned to work, after being stood-up.

   The customer had to go to work, albeit late, and driver finally called, about 10 AM, and said that he was on the way, and 30 minutes away. Customer said he couldn’t meet him, it would have to be after office hours…

   Anna called 3:20 PM, and said she they could deliver it tomorrow (Tuesday) between 3 and 5 PM. They customer, afraid of being burned twice, did not agree to that time slot and said “You need to figure out how it can be delivered”, her solutions were not acceptable, and she threatened to send the car to storage (later in the week) if it wasn’t resolved. … She cursed him out (according to Anthony) and told him to take it or leave it. He could not receive the car Tuesday afternoon. Anna hung up on him (Monday late afternoon).

   When Anthony tried to return calls (Monday afternoon/ Monday evening) she did not answer the phone. Allegedly she had nothing else to say…

   Anthony did not here from anyone, and was called Tuesday for the first time by the driver at about 3:30 PM, saying “I’ll be at your place in an hour”. …Anthony could not meet the driver until 5:30. Then Anna had the driver put the car in storage. The customer said it was like talking to a “brick wall”.

   ROBERT: PLEASE CALL ME FOR DETAILS we need to resolve this issue…, I couldn’t type it all in the notes…

   The car is in storage, the storage fee is 35.00, and the customer refuses to pay for it.
