This company lures you in with false promises and misleading pricing to secure a contract. Once I signed and paid the reservation deposit, they suddenly had no drivers available to meet our agreed-upon pickup and delivery schedule. Other carriers contacted me, saying Elite hadn’t even posted my load order on the driver board. After several texts demanding higher pay for drivers and pushing for different delivery times, I decided to cancel the contract and dispute the deposit through my credit card company. Now, they’re threatening to charge me an early cancellation fee. BEWARE!
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible company! I had a scheduled pick-up for 3 cars on Thursday as I was moving across the country, and I paid a $500 deposit. The truck never showed up. The day before the scheduled pick-up, I got a text saying they’d arrive between 5 PM and 7 PM. At 7 PM, I texted the driver, and he said he couldn’t make it that day but would come the next day instead. The following morning, no response from the driver. The contact kept telling me they’d find someone for the next day, then the next day, and the next (just like other reviews). I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but all they respond with is, “Are you canceling?” I didn’t cancel—the company never showed up! This added unnecessary stress to an already stressful moving situation.
SCAM ALERT – ELITE AUTO SHIPPING – 0 STARS
I hired Elite Auto Shipping to transport my car for an agreed-upon price. I even paid extra (as stated in our agreement) because I was paying by credit card. When my vehicle arrived at its destination, Elite demanded that I pay in cash—and for a higher amount than what was written in my contract.
At that point, Elite Auto Shipping stopped communicating with both me and the trucking company. The driver and I compared our contracts and discovered that their version showed I owed 17% more than what my signed contract stated. After hours of trying to get Elite to fix this fraudulent discrepancy, the trucking company became angry—they had other deliveries to make—and threatened to keep my car and place a lien on it. They then demanded an additional 43% to make up for their lost time.
In the end, I had to drive two hours out of my way and pay the inflated amount in cash just to get my car back. It was an absolute nightmare. I was scammed by both the broker and the carrier.
Elite Auto Shipping should not be in business. Their so-called “manager,” Serge Krasner, hides behind excuses, doesn’t return calls, and doesn’t even have a working voicemail. They falsely claim the credit card fee only covers the deposit—yet they charge a percentage fee for the entire quoted price. Their math doesn’t add up, and neither does their story.
Do not trust this company. They’re deceptive, unprofessional scammers who vanish when issues arise. Avoid Elite Auto Shipping at all costs!
These people are scammers who take advantage of veterans and the disabled! It’s shocking that they’re even allowed to stay in business!
Do not give this company any money under any circumstances. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not honor their contracts. We waited all day for the truck to pick up our car, calling and leaving multiple messages. The only response we got was a promise that the truck would arrive soon — it never did. After that, they stopped responding altogether and refused to refund our deposit. We ended up having to hire another company at the last minute to get the job done.

I had a terrible experience with Elite Auto Shipping, a company that claims to provide reliable and hassle-free transport solutions for vehicles.
