- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
AutoStar Transport Express was nothing short of superb. Their communication was top notch from pre-pickup all the way until post-pickup. They were always available to answer any questions we had.
