- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Rip off. Very nice man on the phone while giving you a quote, making ‘guarantees’ and taking your account information for a deposit, but once the movers never show up on date promised, you will never hear from him again.
