Stay far away from this company! Check their Better Business Bureau if you dare. They will give you a price, then waste your time saying the driver will be there tomorrow, only to not show up, give an excuse the truck broke down, reschedule for the next day and again not show up. Then when you are at wits end, they change the price on you! Not one single ounce of integrity with this company. They will just waste days and days of your time and repeatedly lie to you and aggravate you. Horrible dishonest people! I’m sure the owner is going to try to give a b.s. reason why they couldn’t honor their commitment, because that seems to be what he does. But don’t believe it! These people are the gold standard for bait and switch!

Shipped a vehicle across the country. Their pricing was among the best I found and the arrangements were easy on both sending and receiving end. John Gardner did follow up to make sure I was happy with the transaction.
I was having a truck moved from Alabama to Michigan. I got a good quote and had everything set up. Like others at the last minute the driver backed out so they said. We were able to still get it moved timely but I had to pony up more money. Other than what I felt like was bait and switch the move went well. I was also told delivery would be between 6pm and 10pm and the driver called me for delivery at around 9am. The truck beat me home and I had to work something out for someone else to pay the driver. This is the first time I used sonic, I am uncertain if I will use them again or try another company. I will check more reviews next time, maybe they all bait and switch.

Overall process was very easy getting my motorcycle to Vegas from San Diego, the agent Katherine Roberts was attentive and communicative. And once the driver was found everything ent smoothly. The only thing I would warn about is the quote provided can change pretty quickly depending on the time of the year, which isn’t on Sonic, but the local market and drivers can change their fees pretty quickly so best advise is to get your quote as close to your desired shipping date as possible.

We needed vehicle transport services from MA to TX and were pleased to work again with John Gardner at Sonic Auto Transportation. John arranged our driver and noted to us up front that it was a little higher cost at $1400.00 and a little longer delivery time frame up to 8 days. We were still able to work with Sonic’s services and received the same high quality service. The driver, Diego, delivered our vehicle to a convenient location near our TX location. Was first quoted $1,000 asked if there’s going to be any added charges they said absolutely not. 2 days before the schedule pickup after I signed the contract. They called me and said that if I wanted to get it shipped out the same day would be 1750 but I could have a ship the day before the original day for 1450. Had to cancel week later they came up with 12:50 I said to hell with it wasn’t what I was promised. It got here early was in good shape.

Overall good experience w/ Sonic. Lennard Braun was communicative and great. We had one unforeseen hiccup which was that we were quoted one rate and then the driver’s truck broke down, so we had to wait for another driver and the rate ended up going up. Lennard did everything to negotiate down, but ultimately we paid more than we were planning to. In the end, the (new) truck driver was wonderful and the car was picked up and delivered flawlessly.
I worked with Daniel. He quickly arranged for transport of my car from the east coast to Hawaii on short notice. The final price was slightly higher than the initial quote, but it was due to shipping during a holiday. The car actually arrived early, and in great condition, so definitely worth it in the end. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs to ship their vehicle, especially if you need it done quickly.

Where Can I start, I have been searching for an auto transportation services that help me yo bring my car from Colorado to Arizona in a good price. However, I couldn’t find one for weeks until last week when Terry Red text me from Sonic auto transportation services asking if I still need help with transporting my car. I replied still want Your service and immediately called me and assured me that he will get me a good price and a quick delivery. Indeed, thats what exactly Terry Red did. He found me really a good price ($710) and a day delivery. More importantly getting updates about delivery is very helpful. My car delivered perfectly and the driver that provided the service is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend sonic auto service because they care about the service more than you do. This was my second time using Sonic Auto, I shipped a brand new C8 Corvette Stingray both times from Detroit to Los Angeles. They were the cheapest quotes both times and also showed up earlier than expected both times!!

In December, Sonic helped eliminate the concerns about transporting my car during my move from TX to GA. They were considerate, kind & professional. The cost was low and although I was nervous about how legit this process would be, they remained in contact and was available for any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The cost ended up being $200 more than the quote but it was still hundreds of dollars less than any other transportation broker I found! I would totally recommend them.
Thea Moris was very helpful in facilitating the shipping of my car during last Christmas despite the inclement weather. When the first driver couldn’t make it. She got me another and followed up with me and the driver to ensure the car was eventually picked up. After delivery she still followed to find out how the delivery of my car went. I used Sonic Transportation to transport my 2004 F-150 and frankly, it was the first time I needed this service. When you put your name out there, you get an avalanche of texts, emails and phone calls. I initially chose Sonic based on price, not the lowest but about in the middle. I can’t recommend Sonic Transportation enough! My representative, Christian, bent over backwards and worked overtime to get my vehicle back safely. Christian was in contact regularly during the process and was very responsive to my requests. Thank you Christian and Sonic Transportation!

I would give 20 stars. I transported a 2017 Toyota Sienna, quoted and paid $1300 from Spokane Valley, Washington to Ogilvie Minnesota. Alex is very polite, kind and keeps her promise. Shipping rates reasonable and on time. Alex sent very soft, polite, kind and good drivers each time. I would use Sonic Auto transport again and again. I recommend Sonic to everyone who has transportation needs.
John was my broker for Sonic Auto Transportation and he did a superb job in communicating with me through the entire process.
I requested that 2 BMWs be transported from Lorton, VA to Orlando, FL and although they were issues beyond their control (flat tire of the original transporter) the broker was able to immediately find another transporter, and both vehicles were still delivered on the original schedule date.
The price quoted was $950 however with the extra belongings in each vehicle it went up to $1250 which was reasonable.
Joseph was very nice. He went far and beyond to find me a driver. I had to ship my car from Sioux Falls, SD to Topsham, ME. The car arrived in good condition. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Sonic Auto transportation.
I chose Sonic Auto because majority of the reviews were good and they had the best quote. $575 from Dallas to Los Angeles. Car transportation service is volatile but Stella Newman came thru. Day of transportation my original driver cancelled due to truck maintenance issues. I was prepared for this very issue and in this industry you have to be prepared. Fortunately Stella found me a driver same day as my contract but I had to pay $25.00 more than my original quote – not bad compared to other situations. If your looking to transport a car, be prepared for any situation. In the end my car was delivered to my satisfaction within budget.

Bianca was great to work with. She was always helpful and provided plenty of information to all of my questions. We had an issue with the first driver but she found a second driver who could pick up the car a week later, although at a higher price. Aside from that, it was a pleasure to work with Bianca and she made the shipping experience very easy.
I have to say, I find it curious to read other reviewers who also had an issue with their first driver on the day their car was to be picked up, and then ended up with a second driver at a higher cost. Sonic was the second company I went to after having this same “issue with the first driver” with Pride Car Shipping. I cancelled business with Pride after the second driver was quoted at a much higher price and went to Sonic, hoping everything would go more smoothly. Once again though, there was an issue with the first driver on the morning of the scheduled pick up. And once again we couldn’t get another driver to honor the originally quoted price so I was left with no choice but to pay a higher price for a second driver as I had a fast approaching deadline to ship the car.
I enjoyed working with Bianca and she really was friendly and helpful. I’m not faulting Sonic for the problem with the first driver, but there seems to be an alarming tendency in this industry for the first driver to fall through at the last minute and then to end up paying more for a second driver. If you’re planning to ship a car, just be aware that you may encounter the same experience.

Sonic Auto Transportation signed a contract with us four weeks in advance of our needed shipping date. They were priced similar to other transport companies. We needed my aging mother’s car shipped from CA to TX to accommodate her wheelchair. I received confirmation a week out, the day before and the day of shipping. At the time the driver supposed to show up, I got a cancelation notice via text. No one would call me back until the next day. When they finally called, I stressed I needed the car by a certain date, they said they could do it, but it would be double the cost from $1,000 to $2,100. This was true extortion. I have since shipped with another company and had a smooth experience. Do not use this company.
