- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Tom didn’t return calls, didn’t pick up my car, but took a deposit!!!! Now, even their website phone numbers don’t exist!!!!! Terrible!!!!!
Thomas at ALC was very unprofessional. He wouldn’t return calls after taking my deposit. Then canceled because I called him to much. Don’t use this company.
