- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
In January 2014, I paid $200.00 down for Premier Auto Shippers to pick up a bike. After countless numbers call the company to confirm the pick up and delivery date-and after never meeting the deadline, this was a total failure, I cancelled the contract and was promised a refund. I called the company and was promised a refund numerous times. Still to this day, I have never received any refund. Never will do business with these guys again. I finally drive out to Montana and got the bike myself. Still out the hard earned $200.00.
