Some examples of Moving Fraud
- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
If it is possible to give zero stars, that’s what this company deserves. The car was damaged to the tune of over $2000 in dents and scratches. One I observed while the vehicle was being unloaded. When I contacted the carriers insurance, they had let their insurance lapse so no insurance coverage. Phone numbers to the company are now changed or disconnected and they won’t return phone calls. Lawsuits would cost more than they would yield. This company is horrible and pathetic.
