Bait and switch pricing from 750 to 1250 – had to scramble and find a new carrier asap – Be careful with this company.

Quality: Exhausting and terrible experience.
Value: Not worth any second of the day for the unnecessary, time consuming, excruciatingly waste of energy.

According to their contract, a FULL refund is due since the order was cancelled prior to a Carrier accepting it. They failed at finding someone who would pick up my car at the amount that was invoiced.
Googa representative is withholding a cancellation fee, however in the contract it states in section 9. Cancellation and Refund Policy, paragraph 9a, that there will NOT be any extra cost or cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer PRIOR to a CARRIER accepting the Order. Although I was informed that there were two Carriers who required more money before they would accept the order, those terms were not an option and refused. It is also stated in the contract that a customer can refuse the higher price without a fee, yet Googa will not refund the entire invoiced amount. All that needs to be done is to REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT ON THE INVOICE which has yet to be done as of now at 9:15pm EST.
