   I have dealt with this guys for a while and have always been very good at follow-up. They make sure I’m aware of what is going on throught the transportation process. Definitely recommended.

3. Ron is a lying cheat. He is very unprofessional. He left me sitting for 2 days trying to unload a machine and the whole time telling me that he would pay detention pay. After the machine was unloaded he told us he cannot pay detention pay and then lied to my dispatcher and told him that me and the customer had already settled on an agreement. Which was another lie. If you are smart you will not have anything to do with this company. And Ron should be sent back to whatever country he came from. Ron is a piece of sh@$!!!!

4. this company is a joke. Guy is so unprofessional. texting all hours of the night. random good morning texts when not even using his services. MEGA creep. Doesn’t know how to properly send an invoice, hassles you about paying invoice at 10pm hours after your stuff has been loaded and on its way. refused to unload until I paid last invoice which was hard asf thanks to him using the same invoice number. complete idiot and joke. hard to even believe this is still a company. most drivers don’t even speak a lick of English. Lacks communication. Driver was late to pick up had to have tow driver wait while running up my bill. never ever again.

5. I’ve tried to use this company a couple of times as far as a transporter. I have an A+ rating on truckstop and companies like this. Just make us all look bad. They try to keep you on the hook while they try to find somebody to haul it cheaper stay away from these clowns waste your day, from looking at the rest of the reviews I don’t know how they stay in business David Knutson

Hi, I understand you may be upset with our company and the way you were treated by Lewis, I know it might not be the best way to negotiate a load with a Carrier, however, you do understand that there are plenty of Carriers looking for loads, and Carriers also cancel on brokers if they find a better paying load, we don´t say anything about it because we do understand it is business and that everybody is looking for his own needs and get more money, now, He also might took more time to decide because we also do a verification process to select the Carriers we work with because there are lots of scammers out there, sorry that you were not selected to haul that load, that does not mean we are a bad company.

6. Avoid using their services for transporting your vehicle as they are among the many unreliable options available today. Make sure to conduct adequate research and lookout for warning signs to avoid falling prey to unscrupulous companies.

7. If it were possible, I would leave absolutely no stars at all. My experience with this shipping company has been absolutely terrible. Their customer service agent Stuart Molina is incredibly unprofessional and lacking in any sense of professionalism.

   If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dependable car shipping company, make sure to avoid Total Transport Logistics.

8. This company is consistently late and frequently offers excuses. Additionally, their organization and professionalism leave much to be desired. It would be prudent to seek out an alternative service provider rather than utilizing their services.
