- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
They hire ILLEGAL’S to drive their trucks. Can’t speak ENGLISH or read ENGLISH. They should be put out of business and arrested
