I had to make a last meet transport change and they accommodate me without incident. My F150 was transported to the destination even earlier than quoted to Chicago. I found them as a good option for cross country auto transport, their price was little more than all others but they did great job
Please AVIOD this company. If I could give 0 or -1 star, I would. I signed the contract with this company while preparing to move out of state. Once the contract was signed they never called in the intervals they were suppose to call and dropped me the day prior to pick up of my car. When I would call, They would text back and say they were busy and other times they didn’t even text back. Not even an apology and the lady with an accent was extremely rude and moody. I had to go with another company and was extremely blind-sighted. Moving is stressful as is…….DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are beyond unprofessional.
I had an excellent experience when I decided to ship my car from New Jersey to California with this particular agent. They offered me a price that was fair and reasonable, not the lowest or the highest, but one that I was satisfied with considering their impressive track record. Throughout the entire process, Ted, the agent, personally communicated with me, addressing all of my inquiries and accommodating my specific requirements. If I ever find myself needing to ship my car again in the future, I would gladly return to them without hesitation.

I used Bold Auto Transport to ship my car from LA to Denver and then back again, this company is very safe and reliable! They communicated great with me and I didn’t have any issues before or after my car was picked up. If they are ever delayed, they will let you know and update you their location and estimated arrival time.

Would give this auto transport company 10 stars if this was an option. Completely satisfied in all respects. Transported my EV from Kansas City to Tulsa. Everyone involved in the process helpful and professional. If you need this service, definitely call them.

Bold did a good with our car. There was some delay at first getting a carrier lined up, but it was the Thanksgiving week, so that wasn’t unexpected. Car was picked up on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday going from Spokane WA to Los Angeles. Driver called an hour before delivery. Price was reasonable (I would never use low ball estimates from other people). I would use Bold again if needed.

BOLD AUTO TRANSPORT is simply the BEST!!! Andrew the agent I spoke with was so responsible and efficient… told me exactly how everything is going to work out and that was exactly what happened. No deduction was made from my credit card until a driver was assigned to pick up my Car one day before schedule!!!! Then came Rodrigo the driver! He is the most responsible and respectful individual I have met recently. He helped with charging my car battery (I forgot to turn my head lights off the night before and my battery died out) He picked my car and as promised delivered that same day (From Massachusetts to Maryland) to my new address. The car got there before me and there was nobody at home…. the driver made sure he parked the car in a safe spot in front of the house and kept the keys somewhere safe and take photos and send… all at 12 midnight!!!

We had a good experience with Bold Auto Transport. Their price was reasonable, they showed up on time to get the car, transported it cross country, and it arrived when they said it would – in good condition. It was dirty on the outside but we knew the truck wasn’t covered. Nothing a car wash couldn’t fix. We’ll definitely use them to send the car back.

Alan and Eve took great care of me and stepped in when another transport company couldn’t provide the service they said they could. They quoted me a reasonable price and my vehicle was picked up and dropped off sooner than I even expected! Highly recommend!

Scheduled shipping for an automobile purchase on and Friday. The following day, a driver was found and details were completed for a Monday pickup and Tuesday delivery. Vehicle arrived on time in great condition. The driver was great with communication and kept us updated throughout the delivery. Great rates and excellent customer service!

Bold Auto Transport was a dream to deal with. They responded immediately. Got the car within a day, and had it driven across the country in less than a week. They were also very responsive with changes that needed to be met and super friendly. I highly recommend using Bold Auto.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have had a nightmare of a time with them. It all started last week. I was given a quote and guarantee if I booked that day, they would have a transport by the time I needed it picked up (4 days from right then). I understood that it’s a 1-5 day window. All good I understood. What I didn’t know I would be getting myself into was an unethical, lying company who claimed they were communicating with me, but were in fact forced to speak to me and not give me any updates on their own. I called multiple times for updates, each time told that they would have a driver, they were in the end negotiations with a driver, and so on. Today (the date of my pickup) I have to call and be told that they don’t have a driver, nor do they even have anyone bidding. I signed papers (electronically) and was promised a service. They have my card on file. They did not deliver on their promises. Choice words were had, but once I was able to talk to someone and they finally told me the truth, they had found a driver, but it would be pickup in three days for $500 more than what I was quoted. I was absolutely scammed and on top of that, Adam gaslit me. Please do not use this company. They only have empty promises, drivers don’t want to work with the company, and I am now using Montway who has been absolutely wonderful. Stay very far away.
Poor customer service
I shipped my car for the first time ever with Bold Auto Transport. I was so scared but the gentleman that I talked(Ted) explained me the whole process, and I went with it. My dad wanted to talk to him and he also replied all his questions he was really professional. I got multiple quotes between $1400 and $1950 and they were the cheapest auto transport company. They picked up my Camaro from my hometown Fredericksburg , and delivered to my dormitory at ASU. The dispatcher kept me updated and driver was very professional. I would definitely ship my car again with them. 10/10
