- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Worst car shipping company i’ve experienced. They lied to me about my pick up date and said the latest my vehicle would be picked up Jan 13, it is now the 15 and they still have not picked up my car. I called the representative working with me on the 13th, Alex said they were going to pick up on the 13th he said yes that they will reach out an hour before arrival. Never got a call back and Alex all the sudden was never available after the 13th to ship my car. Then i got a call saying they can pick up my car but for $200 more. Why would i pay you more if you guys are late on picking up my car. Alex had stated the car shipment would be no more than $800 which is what we agreed and signed upon. When it came to actually picking up my car the prices kept going up. Terrible company, liars and bad communication.
