- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
No issues with timely delivery However, when car arrived the driver tried to charge me an extra $100. even though I had my contract . Ended up giving driver an extra $40,so I could get my car and not have to whip his ASS.
