    Around mid September I put out feelers to transport a UTV from Idaho to New Mexico. On the 19th I signed an agreement with US Car-Go Freight to transport my UTV in an enclosed trailer for $700. I sent $200 to get the process started. I spoke/emailed/texted with Bruce Davis (phone number 813-851-0613). The pick up date was to be on the 21st. For some reason (I never did get a definitive answer) the driver couldn’t pick up my UTV. On September 25th I was notified than an open trailer was available for $1000 and a pickup date “by the 27th”. I didn’t like this bait and switch approach so I asked for my contract to be terminated and a refund of my deposit. I asked for the refund paperwork. The reply was “No paperwork is needed. I’ll forward the details to my accounts team, and they will review and process the refund. It should be completed by the end of today or tomorrow at the latest.” For the next 10 days I placed phone calls, emails, texts, and even live chats on the US Car-Go Freight website and I was told the refund was in process or completely ignored. NO REFUND has taken place. This company is eager to get your deposit and doesn’t care about following through with delivery, after all, they already made money on your deposit. Don’t just take my word for it. Look for other reviews about this company. You will find out a similar pattern.

    I wished I had read the reviews first and done my homework before signing an agreement with them. I was naive and it cost me $200 and a lot of aggravation. My advice to you is if you get a call or email back from US Car-Go Freight, more specifically Bruce Davis, or a phone number of (813)-851-0613 ignore and delete it.

    I booked with them on 6/27 for pickup 7:16. They kept Telling me they’re looking for a driver. On 7/16 still had no driver on the original date for pickup. They’re suppose to credit me back my 200 deposit and it’s a week later and they haven’t done it. It’s a shame because I need my car shipped often. I understand they couldn’t find a driver but to keep stringing me along and then to not give me my deposit back is BAD BUSINESS!!!

    I’ve experienced significant difficulties with US CARGO. Initially, we agreed on a contract on May 17 for a car pickup on May 26, which was crucial as I was graduating and had a flight later that day. I paid a $200 deposit. Initially, the responsiveness from their representative was prompt, but after receiving my payment, the responsiveness drastically declined. As the pickup date approached, the agency simply disappeared (Jennifer Blake, also she lied to me that she was working on my pickup date and promised that she would get me a driver beforehand, knowing that I was leaving the city on the same day), leaving me stranded without the promised service. This lack of responsiveness and customer care has caused substantial inconvenience and stress.

    – Misleading quote price. Don’t trust their low offer (even it is written in the contract it is not a true price!)
    – Don’t count on them on time for pick up or responding to messages after you paid
    – No compensation for any loss/trouble created purely on their side
    Now, after two weeks past, yet my car was shipped, and I have to pay a much higher price (more than double for the initial quote!) to get my car shipped. Worst experience in my life! (this industry is insane since you could not rely on the price & timing info in a contract!)
    Give one star out of five because there is no zero/negative choice. Avoid this company unless you have time & money to waste.

    Do not use this company. They made confirmations of vehicles to be picked up. No one showed up. I paid a total of $400 deposit for two cars to be shipped. The rest when they were picked up. I ended up canceling the contract with them since no one showed up. I was told several times now I would be refunded, but have not. It’s been 3 weeks. I guess it’s time to sue. I am glad I kept all communication with them.

    They ain’t pick my shit up and said they was I don’t even wanna deal with them no more they ain’t even e-mail no receipt or nothing they some bullshit

    Do not use these people they have Mexican that can’t speak English trying to transport your cars called every day until time to ship when they got they deposit

    I got my car shipped with this company. They quote a lower price initially to make you sign the contract. No one came to pick up my car on the agreed date. When I called them, they asked for a higher price (30% more), and they could not ship my car at the initially agreed price.

    It is a lot of hassle to work with this company. Better to find another company even if it costs more.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I SIGNED CONTRACT TO SHIP MY PORSCHE FOR 1000.00. I DEPOSITED 230.00, WITH THE BALANCE DUE TO DRIVER ON DELIVERY. THEN THE GAMES STARTED “ CALL US WE HAVE A DRIVER….BUT HE WANTS 1400.00 MORE”

    I CANCELED THE CONTRACT, BUT DESPITE 3 PROMISES THAT MY DEPOSIT REFUND WAS BEING PROCESSED 07/17/23, THERE IS NO REFUND.

    IM GOING TO SUE THEM. BUT DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WORK WITH THESE THIEVES.

    We got a quote for $600, then they increased to $700 at booking. Then they called the day of and said it would be $1600. When we asked to cancel they said they found someone for $800. Then they dumped us on another company (after taking $150), and told that other company they’d get the fill $800 in cash (even though we already paid $150). They’re a horrible company, never use them
