- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Canceled contract within 4 hours of agreement. They provided no service at all. Refused to refund $250 deposit.
Double brokerage!!! Be aware carriers. Never paid dry run. Go around these guys
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Demanded extra money before they would release my vehicle, refused to drop off or pick up at the locations that were on the contract and delivered my vehicle damaged
