Definitely a scam company as others have stated. I paid $495 as a deposit to have a truck shipped from FL to TX. The guy i worked with either quit or was let go and the supervisor decided to dispatch a pickup for the vehicle when the dealer hadn’t received the check yet. I told them they should have confirmed the vehicle was ready. They admitted to the mistake, but the next day when the check arrived they couldn’t find a driver to pick up my truck for over a week. When i canceled my contract they gave me some email to contact for a refund: accounting@budgetautotransporter.com and haven’t heard anything back. Do not use this company, I switched to Nexus and they have been great. Picked up the very next day and have kept me updated on the status.
I booked with them thinking they were another company, and when they charged me they were under another name. I looked them up and they had horrible reviews so I canceled with them and went with another company. They refused to give me my money back because supposedly it breached their contract. When in fact I booked with the new company after I cancelled with them. They refused to give me back my deposit. They are horrible, Do NOT book with them.
Transport Pacific INC is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I booked auto transport under Budget Auto Transporter. It was actually Transport Pacific INC out of Hollywood Fl. I was quite $850 ( $200 to broker $650 to driver) this was on May 16th. Car ending up costing $1050 ( $200 more than quoted) . I was told it would be delivered on Monday June 2nd. I took off of work for nothing. The car ended up getting delivered on Tuesday, June 3. I was told it would be here early afternoon. It’s almost 7 PM at night central time in the car hasn’t been delivered yet. I never got the driver‘s phone number never got the name of this company. This is a Mickey Mouse Operation. I’ve been a transportation for 40 years and I’ve never dealt with a company as bad as this stay away from them they are horrible. I will be getting my $200 Deposit back.
Worst Company Ever they are Scammers stay away from dropped my car off at another place and charged $300 extra on top of what I paid Avoid them at all cost.
This company is a fraud. Took my credit card for down payment then never returned my calls. Filed a fraud claim with my bank. Stay far away from this company
be aware this company is a scam they collect your down payment , after that they raise the price on you they got you on the hook, be aware his name JC he is master mind of them all he is a crook very professional in scamming people , Don’t fall for a trap look at review’s you will know who you are dealing with.
This company is a fraud. Took my deposit and gave me a 3 day window for pickup, now 6 days later I’m still not scheduled. They advertise no gimmicks and veteran owned but they took my money and I got nothing in return. I have filled a fraud claim with my bank.
Canceled contract within 4 hours of agreement. They provided no service at all. Refused to refund $250 deposit.
Double brokerage!!! Be aware carriers. Never paid dry run. Go around these guys
