- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
I first got a quote from Gia. Then, when I wanted to book, I tried several times to reach her. Finally, someone answered the phone and told me that Gia doesn’t work there anymore( but no one was answering her e mails), but Jenny would get back to me. Originally my quote was 850.00, but Jenny said it would be more. I asked how much more, and she said she would get back to me. After about 8 unanswered emails, I gave up. I had read the reviews about the Company, and most of them were very favourable .Why?? I don’t know. I didn’t think that the transport business was so good, that a Company can totally ignore you.
