1. So unprofessional….. And a bunch of hacks.
   We hired them to pull a cargo trailer from New Hampshire to Florida. Their driver did not pay most of the tolls along the way for the trailer so we started getting bills in the mail… As well as collection notices.
   Their driver claims he shouldn’t have to pay them because he didn’t get paid enough by on Road transport and logistics….
   The company tells me it’s not their problem it’s the driver and I should contact him to fix this.
   Then they lied to me saying they had a department for claims which later turned out to be a big lie…. They kept just trying to push and out longer and hope I would stop or forget.
   Elizabeth is who I dealt with and she is one of those people who just puts the blame on everyone else after they get the money. Been dealing with them for 6 months trying to get this fixed and they’re not going to do anything. They were one of the lower priced ones and I should have known not to go with them you get what you pay for and these people are low class….

   I would definitely not hire this company again… I would not trust anything they say. Do yourself a favor and hire more reputable company.

   By the way they were also pushing for me to review them on their site before they even finished the trip…. Now I know why….

2. Steer clear of this company. This is our third time setting up transport of a vehicle but our first time with OnRoad. Gino is a crook. He told me the load would cost $2600 but he told the driver $3400. So. When the driver delivered, he was expecting a different price than what Gino told me. Also, he lied about the weight of the load to the driver. Now he’s dodging all our calls because he knows he was in the wrong.

3. Impossible to work with. Extreme pushing to sign a deal when the transport locations were still unknown. They do not respect the customer, and they “fired” me from getting a transport when I wouldnt sign a commitment for the move, when the locations were still unknown of which he was very much aware. From the very start I said I would get back with them as soon as the my deal was done, but every day I got emails and texts telling me to commit. I may have just gotten a bad employee, but since I was “fired” from using them (and would have used them if he waited 3 more hours as thats when I finalized my deal at 2am), but i will not be forced into signing a blank check to a company that won’t put there address on their website.
