I had a car transported from Texas to South Carolina and it was 7 days late. They are only a broker so they hooked us up with another carrier who didn’t do what they said. I had to take Ubers for 6 days because I was promised one thing but got another. The car was filthy dirty and looked like the driver had it in a storm with twigs, branches, leaves all over it. The driver was not responsive. Monarch took no responsibility and said to deal with them direct. We were assured this would be a smooth process by Monarch and it was far from. I have read the reviews from them and they are all horrible. I should of paid more attention to them because I wish I could go back
Beware. This company is HORRIBLE. Don’t fall for their website. They are horrible to deal with and need to be reported. I will be with the BBB and tell them the lies they state on their website. They are not insured. My car was damaged and they won’t take any responsibility. They claim they got scammed. Please don’t use them and get the word out. This company is NOT someone you want to deal with
I should of paid more attn: to the reviews. I went on their website and it was all positive but to find out they are all fake. The hired a criminal to transport a car that was brand new and it came back with $7000 in damage and more miles on the car and destroyed. They are claiming they got scammed but have gone silent and won’t respond. They do NOT have insurance like they claim. Please DO NOT use this company they are awful
SCAMMERS!!! Quoted me a low price collected my deposit. Was no call, no show to pickup RV. Now unresponsive and has yet to refund deposit.
