Some examples of Moving Fraud
I initially placed a low bid of $450 to secure a contract for shipping my car from Billing. However, as the scheduled pickup date approached, the cost gradually increased.
The day before the scheduled pickup, I was informed that they couldn’t find a driver unless I paid a deposit, but they wouldn’t accept credit card payments due to a system issue. Instead, they insisted on cash payment to another driver company. I felt I had no choice but to comply, as I needed the car to be shipped on time, and I ended up paying $300 to a different driver company based on the information provided by Millenial Express.
On the actual pickup day, the driver company called to say their truck had broken down and instructed me to contact Millenial Express. They promised I would receive a refund for the $300 in seven days. When I reached out to Millenial Express, they found another driver within half an hour and asked me to sign a new contract, agreeing to pay the driver $800 in cash upon delivery. They also verbally assured me that the previous $300 would be refunded within three days.
Upon delivery, I paid the driver $800 and confirmed that this amount was for shipping my car. Later, when I called Millenial Express to request the $300 refund, I was informed that the driver’s fee had risen to $1100. It became clear to me that the entire process was a setup. This was an unscrupulous business that employed various tactics to deceive and manipulate customers.
I entered into a contract on April 30, 2025, for auto transportation services, which specified that the total charge would not exceed $700. A $200 deposit was required upfront.
After I paid the deposit, I was informed that they could no longer honor the agreed-upon price. When I requested a refund of the $200 deposit due to the breach of contract, they refused to comply. Although I asked to speak with a manager, the person I spoke with was actually the same representative I had been dealing with, and I never received a callback. When I called today, I discovered that my number had been blocked.
I am seeking assistance in recovering my $200 deposit since they have violated the terms of our contract. Additionally, my research indicates that this company has repeatedly engaged in similar practices, affecting many others who are simply trying to transport their vehicles.
On April 1, 2025, I entered into a contract with Millennial Express for a car shipment. Two days later, on April 3, I made a deposit of $150 via Apple Pay. Millennial Express confirmed the pickup date of April 4 multiple times, right up until an hour before the scheduled pick-up, but ultimately failed to collect the vehicle. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company, the representative handling my case repeatedly failed to issue the promised refund and, at one point, blocked all my phone numbers. I have been unable to contact Mr. Ramz Kodirov via phone, and he has not responded to my texts or emails. As of now, I have not received the $150 deposit back.
The company was hired to transport a 2011 Honda Accord from Florida to New Hampshire for a total of $500, with a $200 deposit paid via Venmo on April 8, 2025.
Despite numerous emails and phone calls, Millennial attempted to raise the price. As of today, the car has neither been picked up nor delivered, and I have made repeated requests for the return of my $200 deposit to my Venmo account.
I also discovered another contact number for this company and left a message today. They returned my call, and I reiterated my request for the $200 refund to be sent back to my Venmo account, while also informing them that I would be filing a formal complaint.
I haven’t received any communication, nor have I heard from the company regarding the $200 deposit reimbursement.
I was searching for a shipping transport company to transport my 2000 Tundra when I received an email from Millennial Express offering to ship my truck for a total of $400, requiring a $100 deposit. The representative assured me that he had a driver ready to pick up the truck that Friday, and he confirmed that the price would remain the same. Trusting this, I sent him the $100 deposit via Zelle and signed a contract reflecting the agreed-upon price.
A couple of days later, I was informed that the driver was now asking for $850, significantly more than the original quote. I reached out to him, reminding him that he had guaranteed the $400 price. He responded by saying that no one would take the job for that amount. This raised concerns for me, and I began to suspect that this might be a scam. I reminded him that I had signed a contract binding him to the $400 total and that he needed to honor it. He asked for a day to resolve the issue, but after that, he stopped responding to my messages, including my repeated requests for the return of my deposit.
This experience has convinced me that this business is a scam, and I would like to have my money back.
$3000 BAIT & SWITCH scam operation. Ramz Kodirov scammed me out of over $3000. This company is not even in the US. They operate out of out of Uzbekistan. It all started when I requested a quote, Ramz blew up my phone like a complete psycho to get my business. He convinced me to pay $1,000 up front to ship my vehicle. The day of pickup, he told me the driver needed an additional $1000 or he would not pickup the vehicle. I was on a deadline and had no choice but to pay. Then the day of delivery Ramz tells me the driver needs another $1000. Again I had no choice but to pay, or they would hold my vehicle hostage. Avoid Millennial Express Inc at ALL COSTS. You have been warned!
