The broker arranged for my car to be picked up by a company, but when it arrived, it was a different company than the one I was told. I was charged $1000 for an open transport trailer, which seemed steep. I was informed that this was the going rate, but I had paid the same amount for a closed trailer for another car I purchased less than a year ago. The driver had difficulty understanding me because of the language barrier, which made it hard for me to track down when my car would arrive. I eventually found out that it would be in the afternoon. In hindsight, it appears that I paid three different companies for a service that could have been done by one. I would advise caution when employing a broker.
Don’t use this garbage company; they are unreliable and untrustworthy. I would never recommend them, even if there was no other company on the planet. Honestly, I’d rather rely on pigeons to move my belongings.
Avoid doing business with this company. Mr. Mike refuses to take responsibility for his company’s mistakes. Our company had been tasked with transporting a vehicle, we arranged for pick-up and arrived at the agreed time, but another transport company also showed up. We spoke to Mike and discovered that he had double-booked the job. Despite our prior assignment, he cancelled us and refused to pay the drive-run fee. If this company cannot manage scheduling correctly, it raises concerns about their ability to handle their customers’ needs. Be cautious when dealing with them!
