This company does not pay after you have complete work for them. These guys are shysters!
These guys are complete thieves, our organization delivered 2 vehicles for Expert Auto Shipyard and Freight LLC and after completing delivery as per contract, this organization did not pay their bill for $1100, when contacting Dan Morris and Alec to ask about payment expectation, they simply said they were not going to pay. This is not the way you conduct business; I fully expect to get paid. Dan Morris and Alec, govern yourselves accordingly.
If a load is cod, it is the driver’s responsibility to collect the money from the customer at time of delivery. If you do not collect the money after the fact the broker is never responsible. It is your responsibility. So your complaint is null and void
