I wanted to share my recent transport experience with Ruslan Aliyev owner of Driveline Auto Transport to spread awareness and prevent any other unsuspecting individuals from ending up in a similar situation.
I used Ruslan Aliyev of Driveline Auto Transport LLC to transport my Tesla from 33231 Miami FL to 11791 Long Island NY. Vehicle was unloaded off of transport truck somewhere in Bronx NY (10475), and left parked on the side of a public street overnight for approximately 16hrs, and was then driven 50 miles around the Bronx NY crossing the bridge two times prior to me checking on the vehicle tracker and becoming aware it was being driven around. I notified Ruslan Aliyev immediately and called NYPD to report the vehicle stolen as it was being used in NYC without my knowledge, approval, or consent for the greater part of 12 hours (after reviewing dashcam and sentry footage), and neither Ruslan or his “dispatcher” had any idea as to what was going on. I relayed all the above information to Ruslan Aliyev with live updates as the above mentioned events unfolded to which he simply responded “the location where you are a truck can’t make it so driver is driving it to you” followed by “the truck had an issue with the hydraulics so they had to take it off of the truck and drive it” while vehicle was driving the opposite direction of my location at 50mph. Despite multiple attempts he has still not provided me with a BOL, Insurance information, or any documentation regarding this transport.
Beyond this, when I went to the location to retrieve my vehicle the driver who was not the same driver as the truck that received my vehicle would not release the key prior to complete payment being made. The vehicle was damaged – see photos at pick-up, and after I had retrieved it, recklessly driven 50 miles (I have dash-cam footage of driver speeding, cutting across multiple lanes, and abusing vehicle on public roadways for his own personal use) without my knowledge, delivery was not completed to drop off location, and it was left on the side of the highway for me to retrieve.
He was very quick to accept the transport, charge me his broker fee directly, and pick the vehicle up. However – despite numerous requests he did not and with any documentation regarding the transport (Bill of landing, or certificate of insurance of trucking company he contracted).
He has since been ignoring all my phone calls, messages, and any attempt of me trying to communicate with him.
I am left with a damaged vehicle, no insurance information of trucking company, and he still received his broker fee and driver of trucking company forced payment from me before handing over the keys even after being confronted about all the above details which violated the terms of the transport agreement. I am grateful to have retrieved my vehicle in one piece but this situation could have ended much worse.
He is not a WCC Vendor, and an extremely unprofessional individual that operates his business with complete disregard for others. Trucking company info is below:

Ruslan, the owner of the business is the most irresponsible people I have ever known.

He told me they are both carrier and dealer that they own their own trucks. I booked a car transport two weeks prior to the pick-up day. He sent me a confirmation via his personal email (which is the first red flag). Per my request, he then sent me another through their official website. He promised there won’t be any delay more than 72 hours. No communication since then. On the pick up day, I contacted him. He told me “no driver takes the bid yet.” The next day, he told me the exactly same thing. I asked him how come there’s nothing arranged and what if there’s no driver until the day I am going to leave the city. He told me “people usually hand the key to their family and friends in this type of situation.”

Out of desperation, I contacted another dealer. Guess what? Within 3 hours, a transportation is confirmed. Within 20 hours, the car transport company contacted me for the detail. The night before my flight, my car was picked up.

Ruslan had 2 weeks and nothing was done. He own the trucks and he could not get hold of his own drivers??? DON’T use DriveLine Auto Transport. They don’t care about their customers.

Please be cautious when working with Driveline Auto Transport. An employee named Ruslan, who works there, arranged for us to ship a car under a Cash on Delivery basis, collaborating with Haberer Transport. After we completed the delivery, Ruslan insisted that we release the vehicle to Haberer Transport and then provided us with three fraudulent payment screenshots. Since then, he has not responded to any phone calls or emails. I strongly recommend being vigilant if you choose to engage with this broker.

FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW – RATING PENALIZED
I transported my 2011 BMW X5 from Charlotte,NC to Orlando,FL using Driveline. They quoted me $500 and charged me that amount. Ricky is a great guy and awnsered all my questions.

FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW – RATING PENALIZED
My first time transporting a vehicle with Driveline nothing but 5 stars for this great group of gentlemen. Made it quick and easy. I worked with Ricky on the transport and he made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole move.

    Thanks again
