WARNING: Fake Lead Seller – Dishonest and Unreliable
Be very cautious when dealing with this so-called “lead provider” in the auto transport industry.
Their practices are fraudulent and unethical:
They deliver recycled/used leads, not fresh or exclusive as promised.
Many contacts are fake phone numbers or non-existent customers.
They collect real customer information and then resell the same lead to 10 or more different companies, causing confusion for the customer and wasting everyone’s time.
Customers often end up being bombarded with calls from multiple companies, creating frustration and mistrust.
If you refuse to keep buying their fake, recycled leads, they start to threaten and harass you.
When exposed, they retaliate by posting false and misleading reviews online.
Why This Matters for Customers
If a company is willing to sell your personal information over and over, you will quickly become overwhelmed by calls and offers. This is not safe, and it shows they have no respect for customer privacy.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEFT AND FRAUD IS THEIR BUSINESS
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND GET YOUR VEHICLE STOLEN.
I WORKED WITH CAMERON HEALY WHO WORKS WITH A RING OF CUBAN THIEFS THAT STEAL VEHICLES. THE POLICE WAS ABLE TO RECOVER THE VEHICLE BUT WE LOST 11K. THERE WAS ZERO EFFPORT FROM CAR SHIP CENTRAL TO HELP RECOVER THE FUNDS OR TO WORK WITH THEIR INSURANCE. THEY PRACTICE ILLEGAL BUSINESS AND EXTORTION. I WAS EVEN CONTACTED ASKING FOR 1000 USD IN ORDER TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON WHERE MY VEHICLE IS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BIG SCAM!!!
I hired Carship Central to transport a fifth wheel from the DFW area to WA. Carship Central contracted this job out to a company named Castro Global. When I the delivery was delayed I started tp ask information about the driver and was provided different information from both Carship and Castro. At Carship I worked with a guy claiming his name is Cameron Healy and the individual at the Catro Global claims to be Osmand.
Osmand Said the Driver is Alex Clark, Cameronsaid the driver is Yaldir. When Reaching out to Castro Global they tell me Yaldir was fired for fraudulent activities and doesnt work there. They know nothing about a fifth wheel. Cameron has now stopped responding and has pawned this off on his asistant Alfred who hangs up on me. The dispact and the driver are non responsive and the phones have been disconnected. Alfred has provided me with a insurance to file a claim saying their name is Ewall INsurance. When Calling Ewall they know nothing about it and say they are just an insurance broker and i need to call Cover Well. Ewall provided me with a phone number that doesnt exist. The fifth well is lost carship is not helping and the disopatch and driver are missing. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!
02. Make sure to include details such as: Vehicle, Shipping origin and destination, Price quoted, Price charged (if different), and Representative name(s).
File a Moving Fraud Complaint with the FMCSA
Some examples of Moving Fraud
deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
