Some examples of Moving Fraud
Do not use this company. It’s a scam. They wanted a 380.00 deposit that I am still waiting for them to return. The total payment was 1000.00. They wanted the rest of the money before the transport even showed up. The man (rick james) who is from India from the accent probably is not his name. He called from a scam # claiming to be the driver wanting part of the money owed because my cars were the only ones on the transport. Stay away from them. They say there name is blue Sky transport but the phone # is Vista transport. Jack Williams was supposed to be the driver of the transport he sounded like rick james to me. Was supposed to be 2 cars shipped from Nevada to Tennessee for 1000.00 dollars.
Please do not use Auto-Vista Transportation Solutions as a transportation service. I agreed to a $400.00 contract of which $250.00 was due as a deposit and $150 upon receipt of the vehicle paid to the driver. “Accounting” department call within an hour after securing the deposit requesting the remaining balance “guarantee” a place on the truck. I obliged and paid the remaining balance. Car was never picked up on agreed upon date. Called the day of pick, “Rick James” stated that the driver wouldn’t load the vehicle without insurance. I mentioned the car had full coverage. RJ mentioned the $500.00 insurance is to cover the vehicle while enroute to its destination. I said this was absurd, that both Auto-Vista and the driver/operator should has adequate coverage. RJ later requested $400.00, then $300.00, then $200.00. I asked how you can go from $500.00 to $200.00 for the same coverage. “This is a scam,” please refund my money! Auto-Vista has ignored my calls and email requests. I’ve even went a step further by sending a letter to their physical address which is a residence and filing a claim with their regional Better Business Bureau. To date, I am still seeking my funds…
