- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
This company took a deposit and never shipped my car. I have tried to get through to them with no luck. If you don’t want to lose your money DON”T use them. I believe what they have done is criminal and will report it to the police
