Some examples of Moving Fraud
- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
What a rip-off; Harrison Pomerantz quoted a price and delivery time and took a deposit then failed to meet any acceptable collection date and some 5-weeks later wanted to nearly double the price. I had to get it done by others as time ran-out, had collected and shipped by others for an acceptable price within 7-days OK. Never received a refund from Noble. Don’t trust them, they are not honest and will steal from you
