- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
We had a 68′ El Camino my father-in-law left us in MI and we needed to get it out to CA. McNutt passed with flying colors! Because of the severe cold snap it took a few weeks to secure a driver, but they called me every week with a progress report. The driver called me when he had the car loaded and even sent me some pics since I hadn’t seen the car in a few years. I highly recommend McNutt Auto Logistics.
Waited for over 3 weeks for McNutt to assign a driver and get the car. They never even picked up the vehicle so we had to fly and pick it up ourselves. Very poor customer service, would not recommend.
