- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
In June 2014, I used Intercity Lines to transport a 2013 Mercedes E63 Wagon from California to Georgia . Their driver was rude, hard to deal with, and did not meet the deadline they promised. Bottom -line they were awful! I told them at the completion of the job that I would never use them again for anything!. I would discourage anybody from using them.
